This beautifully renovated 30mÂČ studio offers you a bright living room opening onto a large balcony with a view of the ski area and the surrounding mountains.
The living room has a 140 BZ sofa bed, a television and a dining area.
The recent kitchen is fully equipped with:
toaster, filter coffee maker, kettle, pressure cooker, Magimix robot, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator.
You will find in the entrance hallway, an alcove with two bunk beds (90x190) as well as a bathroom with toilet.
Pets not allowed.
Access to the central terrace of the esplanade du valentin will be prohibited (covered parking works). Access to the residence entrances and shops is possible thanks to a traffic lane.
Tourist tax: current rate / night / person aged 18 and over.
Optional + services at preferential rates: rental of sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning.
Deposit 260 euros (credit card imprint).
