Townhouse 1904 ligger mitt i ALLT som pågår i Fayetteville centrum. Öppna ytterdörren och gå ut på Court Street där alla och allt händer. Det är en tre sovrum / 2bath uppdaterad och unik egendom som är full av charm runt varje hörn.

Den här egenskapen kommer att finnas att hyra 30 maj 2020. Det pågår fortfarande att vara färdig. Besök vår andra lista The 1865 House in Fayetteville för att turnera vårt hem. Samma kvalitetsmöbler och bekvämligheter som finns i huset 1865 finns i vår nya fastighet 1904 Townhouse. Tack.

New River Gorge Getaway

Most unique property! Very warm and inviting when we arrived-felt more like arriving at a friends house vs a rental property. Location was perfect for walking around town to restaurants and shops. Short drive to white water rafting and hiking. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Place

This property was such a joy to stay at. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, lots of nooks and crannies to explore and perfect location. Very easy to access National Park and so many walkable restaurants. All were delicious and we were sad that we didn’t have time to visit them all. One of our all time favorite VRBO stays!

Cute place, great location

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was right in town with several cute restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It was very comfortable and well appointed. We appreciated the extra towels and beds were quite comfortable. We look forward to coming back!

Perfect location for a visit to New River Gorge!

Enjoyed my stay with my 10 yr old for a weekend visit to NRG. The location could not be more perfect with regards to proximity to local eateries and New River Gorge NP. You are literally on the Main Street so some funny confusion with passersby thinking it’s a shop- so keep screen door latched and blinds shut for privacy. Easy walk to coffee shop and various restaurants. Never moved our car when enjoying the town. Will definitely be back!

Cutely renovated townhouse within walking distance to several casual eateries and just a short drive from New River Gorge National Park. Well-furnished in an eclectic style, clean and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, and especially enjoyed the alleyway "garden"!

Great place to stay in Fayetteville

Great location in downtown Fayetteville. Walking distance to several great restaurants and centrally located for all we wanted to explore in the New River Gorge area. Beds super comfortable. Owner very responsive. Home was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Great stay!

Wonderful location and unique townhome

This townhome was perfect for our weekend hiking/rafting trip. It was close to all outdoor activities as well as dining. We were able to walk to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The townhome had everything that we needed and more. I highly recommend and plan to return! Thanks Sharon!

Great spot!

I considered the 1904 Townhouse to be the perfect location to explore New River Gorge and to be able to come back to the townhouse after a long day of fun. We could walk to any of several good restaurant choices. The Cathedral across the street is a great place for breakfast. We enjoyed the coffee shop as well (also across the street).

Wonderful weekend getaway!

Faytetteville, WV is the coolest little town, with access to the best hikes New River Gorge has to offer and lots of other activities. Loved the breweries and restaurants. The 1904 townhouse was amazing, lots of space, excellent host, central location.

Clean and inviting!

Wonderful location, amenities and ambiance! Comfortable beds, great water pressure and all of the modern conveniences of home! There are few locations in Fayetteville that are better - easy access to all there is to do in town! A very quiet location, even though you are in the heart of the town! We are looking forward to staying here again soon.

Perfect Location

This home was perfect for our long weekend getaway to the New River Gorge area. Good setup for our family of 6. Everything was clean, comfortable, and we had everything that we needed. The best part was the location right in downtown Fayetteville with cute shops and restaurants just outside our door, and a short drive to hiking, rafting, and other outdoor activities.

Charlie & I absolutely love to restore properties and particularly historic ones, and we have done quite a few. Sharon, a realtor and accredited stager, does her part in decorating and "nesting" you in to be comfy, but before that can happen, Charlie does his part in the renovation and updating to make certain you have the quality of workmanship that we are very proud. Please visit The 1904 where you will be greeted with the amenities to make you at home and very comfortable.

Why This Property? The Character and Location helped make our decision. This property is literally "open the door and you are right on Court Street "in the Center of Town where always a lot going on and things to do. Short 5 minute drive to The New River Gorge Bridge, hiking trails . . . and a very comfy place to relax in the evening and take a stroll for dinner in all the local eateries downtown has to offer. The shopping in our boutiques is sure to please too!
