Carefully laid out on enclosed grounds of 400 m², this detached house is an old 19th century farmhouse with its well-oriented terrace (28 m²).

Near Saugues (4.5 km): collegiate church, chapel, museum of the Beast of Gévaudan, English tower, swimming in the ecological lake, weekly market, all shops and services, festivals and festivals in summer. The ground floor includes a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen area, a dining area and a living room with a wood stove.
