This detached 19th-century stone house is ideally located 16 km from Le Puy-en-Velay, on the volcanic plateau of Le DevĂšs, the perfect breeding ground for the famous Puy AOP green lentil.
A small, enclosed plot of land with children's play equipment and a sunny garden furniture set is at your disposal.
Nearby: numerous hiking trails and the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage route are in the immediate vicinity. Le Puy-en-Velay is 16 km away (Romanesque cathedral, cloister, old town, museums, St. Michael's Rock, Notre Dame de France statue, etc.), Bouchet Lake is 16 km away, and Le Vernet is 5 km away (fitness trail, orienteering course, and numerous outdoor games for children).
All shops and services are 5 minutes from the cottage. On the ground floor, a pleasant and bright fitted kitchen with its relaxation area combines the charm of wooden beams with a modern and functional layout.
1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room, separate toilet.
2nd floor: a large attic living room with TV and DVD player, library, and children's games.
Basement with laundry room and toilet, enclosed garden (65 mÂČ).
Baby equipment available upon request: crib, high chair, bathtub.
This cottage is not suitable for young children (there are stairs).
