Deb's Beach Condos presents..... Deb's Grand Lagoon Home!! Beautiful, newly renovated 3+ Bedroom 2 Bath, 1 Car Garage Single Story home with two king bedrooms! Peek a boo view of the Grand Lagoon. Located on the east end of the beach, off Thomas Drive. Max occupency 6 adults, 8 total, including infants.

Large Front and side yard for guests with views of the Grand Lagoon! We live close by if there is anything you need. Dogs accepted when pre-approved.

Located on South Lagoon Drive which runs along the Grand Lagoon... you are across the street and have beautiful water views and often see water birds, fish and dolphins! We are located <1000 ft from the closest boat launch if you want to bring a boat or jet skiis; kayaks or paddle boards! We are a short 10 minute walk to three public beach access entrances. You can rent dock space from local marinas. We are less than 1/2 mile to Rick Seltzer Park with parking and bathrooms along with public beach access, picnic areas and lifeguards.

Beautiful bright decor in our home. The kitchen is well equipped with a drip coffee maker, well stocked cabinets, new appliances and all the dishes and cookware for your use. A charcoal grill is available for your use. Two king bedrooms, the third bedroom has one queen bed, the bonus room has a full size bed, day bed w/ trundle and barn doors for privacy. Two updated bathrooms Guest bath has a tub / shower combo; Master bath has a walk-in shower with new flooring, vanities and lights. We are on septic so limit occupency to 8 persons.

We provide large smart TVS in the living room and family room. The family room TV has a digital antennae for local channels; we do not provide cable; all are Smart TVs for Streaming Apps. The Living Room has a high cathedral ceiling, tons of natural light and a beautiful view of the Grand Lagoon. The family room has a day bed and trundle bed, a stone fireplace with electric logs so you have plenty of space to spread out.

We provide all your linens, dishes and cookware, liquid hand soap at each sink, starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. There is no daily maid service.

Large paved patio on the side of the house where you relax outside, grill and enjoy the view. We provide a charcoal bbq grill, beach wagon, some chairs, umbrella, adult bikes, pinig pong table and corn hole for you to enjoy!

We are within walking distance of a Waffle House, Outlaw BBQ and several other local restaurants. A Super Walmart, Publix, Winn Dixie and the new PCB Sports Center are within a 5-10 minute drive. We are a short 15-20 minute drive to Pier Park, Gulf World, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Frank Brown Park and more.....

HOUSE RULES:
No smoking or vaping in the house/garage or within 10 feet of a door or open window. Butts MUST be disposed of properly - NOT thrown in the yard.

Exterior cameras on front and back of the home.

We do not rent to groups of single adults under 25 (all must be over 25); young families are welcome!

No parties or events.. Home is on septic so occupency strictly enforced.

Respect the neighbors - outside quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am

Dogs accepted for a fee - must be pre-approved. If not charged by AirBNB or Google Vacation Rentals, it will be required to be paid NLT 45 days prior to arrival.

Parking: No more than 3 vehicles. We have two 25 ft long driveways. Please be respectful --NO PARKING in the grass / yard allowed. If driveway is full overflow guests can park along empty lot across the street where you can park at your own risk.

Security Deposit $500 Hold / Authorization on credit card

Guest must sign owner's rental contract and email a copy of their driver's license to owner within 24 hours of requested booking or booking will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy: $500 cancellation fee if 45 days or more before arrival; No refund if less than 45 days prior to arrival. We encourage you to purchase travel insurance for unexpected events (including Covid related ones).

The back yard is not part of this rental (owner has workshop in back yard) ... guest has the house, garage, side and front yard....
