Stay in the heart of a rolling landscape of volcanic peaks and mixed forests, in a wild environment. This detached house, located on the edge of the woods, boasts a large enclosed plot of 4,300 mÂČ (minimum 80 cm wall or barrier). Secluded yet easily accessible, this single-story cottage will charm you with its comfort and tranquility.
Nearby: the village of QueyriĂšres (1.6 km), Meygal Forest (1.6 km), Le Pertuis (5 km) (via ferrata), St-Julien-Chapteuil (10 km) (church, Jules Romains Museum, all shops and services). The cottage comprises a large living room with an equipped kitchenette, dining area, and lounge area (TV, DVD player) in front of the fireplace, three bedrooms (three 160cmx200cm beds) and one bedroom with two single beds (90cmx190cm), and two bathrooms with toilets.
Children's playground, sandpit, ping-pong, boules, badminton, swing, sun loungers, parking, laundry/boiler room.
