This warm and charming apartment will provide you with an excellent pied-Ă -terre in the heart of Bordeaux, in a lively and animated but quiet area! Entirely renovated a few months ago, this beautiful apartment tastefully decorated and located in a beautiful typical Bordeaux building will seduce you by its privileged location in the city!
Located on the 2nd floor, it has all the necessary equipment for your comfort (Wifi, basic products, Nespresso coffee machine, hair dryer, TV, iron, fan).
Equipped with a bedroom with a queen size bed (160cm), and a convertible sofa (in 140cm) it will be ideal to accommodate 4 people!
DEPOSIT
A bank imprint of 250⏠will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of 3,27âŹ.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
