The large, spacious master bedroom has a plush queen-sized bed, as well as a private, four-piece ensuite attached. Unwind after a long day on the ski hills in the walk-in shower. The bathroom comes with all the basic necessities––plush towels, shampoo, body wash and speciality soaps.

KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM

The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook an at-home meal. Providing all the basics, down to the salt and pepper, the chef will have no problem whipping together dinner for the whole family––which can be shared around the large dining table. In the living room, curl up in front of the stone fireplace with a hot cup of coco.

AMENITIES

Step out onto the spacious patio to enjoy the use of a BBQ, or lounge on the patio set as the sun sets. Guests have use of the outdoor hot tub all year round, as well as the indoor sauna. There is free parking available for guests on-site. Guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage. The complex also boasts a day spa onsite offering massage and other spa treatments.

This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.

Ski weekend

We had a terrific weekend getaway staying at this property, everything from check in til check out went off without a hitch! Will absolutely be coming back!

Misleading and Rude

The host told us that this was a ski in. Then after our stay, we asked how it was a ski in as we could not find the trail. The receptionist was very rude and told us to refer to a previous email lol. In that email it was confirmed that it was in fact not a ski in. You’d have to hope that the road was snowed over… a driving road that gets plowed daily. They also advertise a hot tub. The hot tub was broken while we were there. It was a fun stay, but price was egregious for their misleading advertisement. Also the receptionist was rude when we asked for a refund. Like how dare we ask for a partial refund for false advertisement.

This little unit was well appointed, clean, and highly functional. You can’t beat being that close to the hill and all the friends in the building. Building was quiet while the bar was busy. Perfect!

First time in Fernie Ski Resort

Also a first was contactless check-in. From check-in to check-out everything was flawless. I attribute this to good communication from the host to us. Thankful for the follow up from our host, several times I must add, to see “how we’re doing,“, “if we need anything”. Except for a garlic press the unit had everything we required for an at home experience. The unit was very quiet and as we had much luggage and travel equipment it was conveniently located close to the entrance and hot tub.
