BED & BATH
Upstairs in the loft, find two queen-sized beds with plenty of room to spare in this light and airy space. Just off the bedroom section of the loft, youâll find a full ensuite bathroom. Downstairs in the basement, there is a second bedroom available with two twin beds. Back on the main level, there is a primary full bath, which can be easily accessed just off the stairs.
LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
On the main level, spread out among the living room, dining room and kitchen. In the living room, there is a flat screen TV available to catch the big game, as well as a stone fireplace for cozy nights in. The kitchen comes with everything you could need including dishes, microwave, dish washer and coffee maker.
AMENITIES
Right outside on the patio, find a BBQ available for a grill sesh as you watch the sunset over Mount Fernie. Note that access to the patio out front is great in the summer and often gets covered in snow in the winter. This means that the BBQ may not be available during the winter months. There is free parking available on the premises, as well as free street parking.
Please note, during the winter months, the BBQ and Patio may not be available due to snow fall and freezing temperatures.
This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.

* Broken cups, plates, or other kitchenware
