Loved the location. Germantown is lively and welcoming. A nice 30 minute walk to Broadway after our long drive was relaxing. Owners very communicative. Highly recommend!

3 night stay

Overall it was good. Check in was very easy. We got in after dark and the marking of the location wasn’t marked. Luckily, a tenant was leaving and stopped to ask if we needed help. Only 1 bath towel and washcloth per person. No kitchen towels. There is a small kitchen with small refrigerator, stove and coffee pot. Very few amenities. There is a Kroger being built just minutes away. It was a quiet neighborhood and felt safe.

The place was perfect for our needs. Quick overnight trip to move our son to Nashville. The owner was very helpful and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back in area and hope to stay here again- it was cute, comfortable, and in quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Quick trip to Nashville for Mother's Day wknd/concert. It's extremely close to everything! Very cute space! Had everything we needed. Neighborhood was safe.

Gorgeous weather rivaled live music daily. Visit the outskirts by car. Walk downtown…Uber back. Clean. Comfortable. If I end up back in Nashville, I’m staying here again!

Extremely clean rental and convenient location

We just stayed the night to attend a concert. The location is very convenient to walk anywhere in Germantown. The rental was extremely clean and communication with the owner to coordinate parking and key codes couldn't have been easier. Highly recommend!

Perfect Loft

The property is so close to downtown Nashville. It was spotless clean, and had all the amenities we needed. It was quiet, peaceful, and safe. The property owner was wonderful and answered all our questions. We would highly recommend this property to any couple looking for a Nashville get-away. We can't wait to stay again.

An amazing stay for an amazing weekend.

Great stay in Germantown!

My son and I stayed here for a couple weeks as we got him settled into Nashville. The location was great and the it was fun walking to the local bars and coffee shops. The hosts were great and the unit was perfect.
