Cute cozy place. Very clean, had everything we needed. We loved staying here. The host Casey was very helpful. He responded right away when had a few questions. You can uber to broadway st, and Bridgestone Arena. We definitely will stay again when we go back

This was a good, economic place to stay in a safe area of town. I would recommend to bring your own pillows, sheets, and towels. There was not a top sheet on the bed- not a big deal just a little odd and the towels and pillows seemed very well loved. Very clean and comfortable!

The host was very communicative which I love as a planner. The place was spotlessly clean. Great place for a solo traveler or a couple. There was a cute coffee place only 10 minute walk away called Steadfast- recommend.

I've stayed in Nashville many times and this is by far the best place I have ever stayed. Very clean, quite, and a great neighborhood. A quick Uber ride to many attractions and restaurants. The host was excellence at communicating. 10/10 would recommend.

Loved the location. Germantown is lively and welcoming. A nice 30 minute walk to Broadway after our long drive was relaxing. Owners very communicative. Highly recommend!

3 night stay

Overall it was good. Check in was very easy. We got in after dark and the marking of the location wasn’t marked. Luckily, a tenant was leaving and stopped to ask if we needed help. Only 1 bath towel and washcloth per person. No kitchen towels. There is a small kitchen with small refrigerator, stove and coffee pot. Very few amenities. There is a Kroger being built just minutes away. It was a quiet neighborhood and felt safe.

The place was perfect for our needs. Quick overnight trip to move our son to Nashville. The owner was very helpful and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back in area and hope to stay here again- it was cute, comfortable, and in quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.
