Worst experience ever!!!

We did not stay here as our reservation was canceled literally as we were standing in line to check in after multiple e-mails during the day telling us everything was fine. Then after 5 hours on booking guarantee with VRBO had to find our own place to stay. With 4 small children we were lucky to find a Ramada that had 2 rooms available. Completely dissatisfied with this experience.

Great condo! Close to everything!

We had plenty of room in our 3 bedroom condo! I loved the wrist band keys to our rooms. The pools and clubhouse were within walking distance from our condo. My teens liked the inside pool & game room (too cold for outside pool). The miniature golf is just that...miniature. ;) My only advice would be get comfy couches and chairs for living room. Everything was Great! I totally recommend this place!

Fun in the Smokies!

Didn’t realize how commercialized and Brandon-like Sevierville was so we were very happy with the location of the condo. Away from the strip but easy access to everything including the National Park. Very comfy beds and perfect balcony for morning coffee. Only complaint - one role of extra TP. For a family of 5 for a week that didn’t cut it but thankfully we had packed some. If you go check out ClimbWorks for zip lining and Smokie Mountain Outdoors for rafting. They were the best!

Club Wyndham Smokey Mountains

We have stayed there several times. The staff is always helpful in providing information and supplies as needed. The location is ideal for the activities and restaurants that we enjoy.

Convenient location and great amenities!

Great place to stay that’s convenient to all the Pigeon Forge attractions with a short drive to Gatlinburg and the National park. Very clean and well-stocked kitchen tools for dining in. The mini-golf and game room were fun for the kid’s as well. We didn’t use the pool facilities but they looked nice! Very clean and housekeeping was quick to bring us more dishwasher soap when we called. We would recommend staying here with a family or group.

Great location to Dollywood

Wonderful resort . Close to most everything. Beautiful view from the fourth floor. This is our second time staying here. Would come again!
