Charming Westside Bungalow

We renovated this bright & airy space from top to bottom with a touch of rustic-modern. This Charming Bungalow located near Old Colorado City, the new hot spot destination of Colorado Springs that is close to just about everything you’d want to do. Browse through the photos and you’ll see why we are so proud of this space. We loaded the Bungalow with all the bells & whistles, sure to assist in making your stay memorable, relaxed and stress free.

Entering the home you will first notice the original hard wood flooring which covers most of the home. The charming living/dining combo offers a rustic-modern feel with plenty of room for small or larger families.

The large, bright kitchen has a nice pantry and loads of cabinet storage, butcher block counters, accent tile and all stainless steel appliances. The side door opens onto a nice deck, fenced in yard and grill (just look in the pantry for charcoal & lighter fluid).

The hallway leads to a HUGE, private master suite. Vaulted ceilings, private master bath with jetted tub and two walk-in closets. The master has a fireplace and a back door that leads to the side deck. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have TVs, DVD players and closets with extra linens. The 2nd bedroom provides a full size bed and the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds (twin over full).

Take a short drive to many of the main attractions in Colorado Springs such as Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Broadmoor Hotel, Manitou Springs, Red Rock Canyon Park, Pikes National Forest, Pikes Peak Summit with great views, Cave of the Winds, the Incline and lots more!

Nearest Commercial Airports: Colorado Springs Airport, 7770 Milton E Proby Pkwy, Colorado Springs, CO 80916 and the Denver International Airport, 8500 Peña Blvd, Denver, CO 80249.

Penrose and UC Health Memorial Hospital are both just right downtown with quick access from Hwy 24 and just about 10 minutes away.

We loved our stay here. The decor was nice and the location was perfect for all the activities we had planned. We were so close to everything that we could venture out in the morning and still make it home for her nap. We spend mornings on the porch swing letting our daughter play in the fence. The kitchen had everything that we needed. This is the perfect spot for a family with small kids. Thank you for such a nice stay.

This house is in a great location and is very charming. It is decorated very cute and seemed to have everything people would need. I only wish we could have stayed longer. I love that it was pet friendly and had a nice contained yard for the dogs to hang out.

Smooth arrival and check in process, space for our family of 6 to eat together and play games! We loved having breakfast on the porch looking at Pike’s Peak. My questions were answered promptly and we had such a wonderful visit in close proximity to so many neat things like Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods and the Cog train. We hope we can go back!

The cottage was very well appointed and close to everything we needed to see. We hated to leave that was so comfortable. Our only complaint was a barking dog in the home attached to the back. We are a big dog lover, so we understand. We will definitely book this home again if we are in Colorado Springs.

Very comfortable and clean property! Had room for my 2 year old and 5 year old to roam and explore indoor and outdoor spaces. Enjoyed sitting out in the front yard looking out towards Pikes Peak, and was very convenient to all the amenities to enjoy, including grocery store and attractions. Loved our stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was in a great central location, making it easy to explore the area. Communication was prompt and helpful throughout our visit. A special touch was having a clothes steamer available—it came in incredibly handy as we had a semi formal event to attend. Highly recommend!

The location was incredibly central to so many good restaurants and beautiful landscapes. The space is large, clean, and full of thoughtful amenities! We found the host to be responsive and super helpful - We absolutely hope to return to this location next time we visit the area!

We highly recommend this beautiful home!! The Mountain View is so beautiful!! Walking distance to the historic area for shopping an many restaurants!! House was perfect for our family of 6, very beautiful and comfortable! Many amenities available! We will definitely be returning next year! Host was easy to contact and would respond immediately!! We ABSOLUTELY LOVED OUR SPRING BREAK VACATION 2026!!

The property was everything as described, we all loved the home & character. The hosts were AMAZING, I cannot recommend this property enough! We walked into a very clean home. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Had plenty of towels & blankets. Plenty of space for everyone without being on top of each other. When we come back to Colorado Springs, we will most definitely be booking here again. And they are so pet friendly, your fur babies are welcome!!

Location - the bungalow was close to everything we had planned and even walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Manitou Springs was just up the road, Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods just minutes away.Amenities - I don't think there is one thing they left out. The bathroom and kitchen had more than I have ever experienced at a rental. They thought of everything right down to coffee, coolers, shampoo and Q-tips. We could have almost left some of our own toiletries at home!Decor - Whoever decorated this place needs to pay me a visit :). Every picture, wall hanging or knick knack well thought out and just perfect. Outside - we loved the firepit area and porch swing for cool mornings. TIP and I let the owners know: We arrived late in the dark and our GPS kept telling us to turn in the alley. I knew what the front of the house looked like so we finally figured it out. Only after we turned in did I understand why. Although completely private and separate entrance in back - we discovered there was another unit/apartment behind the house and in the back bedroom you could occasionally hear footsteps above. We were at first a little freaked out because we thought it was just us on the property. Never saw the other person but didn't hinder our stay - would definitely stay here again!

Great Location! The location was central to all the sites we wanted to see during our stay. It was very easy to get to all the sites. The house was thoughtfully decorated and worked well for our family of 4 plus a 2 year old. The outdoor fire pit was a plus that we really enjoyed.

We arrived early from our flight and although it took some time to communicate with the host at first they we very accommodating with our request to check in early. The house is so clean and cozy we had a great stay! A must book place

This home is so cute and cozy. Everything in the home is thoughful and well appointed. We only stayed for one night, but would definitely come back for a longer stay to enjoy all the house has to offer.

We love hiking, thrill seeking, traveling, all sports (especially tennis), trying new restaurants, camping, dog parks, movies, concerts, etc. We've been in the Springs since 94' and earlier so we have a lot of favorite spots and recommendations. My wife, Jen, speaks fluent Spanish & some Italian in case that’s of help. I only speak English. 

I have been flipping homes, custom renovations, building new and providing real estate brokerage services for about 15 years now. We have quite a few short & long term rental residential & commercial buildings in town with a great crew that keeps everything running smooth. Just let me know if you have any questions about where to eat, what to do, etc. and I'll be more than happy to help you out!

HOME IS STOCKED! We think you'll agree that we went above and beyond trying to think of everything our guests would need to make their stay comfortable, much of which you won't find at another place; not to mention no expense spared in decorating. Ha!

OUR STAFF: Since we have a full time maintenance, office and cleaning staff already in place managing our long term rentals, we also have the unique ability to assist you quickly with anything you might need to make your stay more enjoyable; as well as any emergencies repairs that may come up time to time.

WE WELCOME YOUR FURRY FRIENDS: Lastly, Colorado is a big dog & pet friendly state and we have 2 dogs ourselves that we are often limited in our accommodation choices; SO, we have decided to be pet friendly ourselves. We will call this unique! :)
