Vacation Near Sabino Canyon and Ventana Canyon Resort - Bikes Included!
This beautiful, completely remodeled and newly furnished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo has everything you would need or anything you could ask for in a vacation spot including use of his and her bicycles and walking sticks!
With nearly 1K SF of space, this choice condo has ample living areas with a split floor plan which keeps the bedrooms on opposite sides of the house for additional privacy. You know you're in Tucson as the décor epitomizes the "Old Pueblo" throughout. Nothing was overlooked when it comes to your comfort here - there are upgraded home features like quartz counters, a spacious living room with a huge HD TV and a sound bar and a comfy sleeper sectional - just in case you need extra sleeping space. Modern appliances, coffee pot, new cookware and dishes allow you to prepare and serve meals easily if you choose to stay in.
The master bedroom has a cooling mattresses and bedding designed to help ensure a good nights sleep. Black out curtains and a king size bed seal the deal! Or if you feel like it, just watch tv in bed all day!
Have to work while here? No problem - the guest bedroom is equipped with a desk and a queen size bed. Good luck staying focused though as the views from the guest bedroom window are exceptional. You are, in fact, at the foot of the Catalina mountains and breathtaking views abound.
Your stay includes a reserved, covered parking space, electronic keypad entry (which will be customized/changed for your stay for your safety), free WiFi, a washer/dryer in the unit, and a private covered patio that overlooks one of the pools. Speaking of pools - this complex, has 3 resort-style pools (2 are heated in the winter months), hot tubs, BBQ's, fitness center, nature paths and a very modern clubhouse.
Ideally situated 1.3 miles away from Sabino Canyon - and nestled in a prestigious part of Tucson, you have easy access to fine dining, shopping and local attractions. Convenient shopping centers are just 1/2 mile down the road - if you feel like it, take the bikes!
Golfers look no further! There are three famous courses nearby for you to enjoy. World class shopping and dining at the upscale La Encantada Mall is just a short drive down the road too.
Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy hiking trails and biking paths. Mount Lemmon is a short drive - and they have skiing in the winter.

I'm hardworking and local so I know the area well and am here if you need assistance with something. I'm currently serving on active duty in the Air National Guard and I retired as a police detective about 10 years ago. Because I love, love, love to travel I set my sites on trying to find the perfect location with all the amenities that I would appreciate - and, after a long search I found this ideal place. I hope you enjoy your stay here and come back often - I know that you won't be disappointed!
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
It's at the foot of the Catalina mountains so the views are awesome! The property is gorgeous and this condo is right next to the pool. Sitting out on the patio youâve got the very best view of the pool. I bought a couple of bicycles for you to use and have included hiking sticks too and the Ventana Canyon hiking and biking trails are nearby.
