The Urban Flat in Paris Team is happy to welcome you in this charming apartment in the heart of Paris.
We are pleased to inform you that whatever the number of people indicated in your reservation, we will provide sheets and towels up to the maximum capacity of the apartment.

In order for us to welcome you in the best possible sanitary conditions, our aparthotels are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
You will find everything you need for a comfortable and lovely stay in Paris, for up to 8 people. The apartment is provided with Wifi, hair dryer, electric heaters, kettle, toaster and TV.
As soon as you enter the building, you will be seduced by the inner courtyard so typical of Paris.
You will also like the design of our apartment in the white and gray tones as well as the exposed beams that gives a warm and inviting atmosphere to the place, with a touch of modernity.
In the kitchen you will find a refrigerator, a microwave,an oven, a freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, a toaster and a kettle, that is all you need to prepare a meal, a snack or an aperitif with friends or family .
Our apartment will be the perfect pied-terre you will need to find yourself in peace after a restless day in the capital.
Its location is ideal since it is located in the center of ââParis, less than 10 minutes walk from the Grands Boulevards, Forum des Halles, Place de la Republique,, Place des Vosges, or Musee Beaubourg.
About 200 m from your apartment, do not miss the visit of the Museum of Arts and Metiers, installed in the former Abbey of Saint-Martin-des-Champs, that displays, among a collection of 3 000 objetcts, the original model of Foucault's Pendulum.
The tourist tax is applicable.
