Old renovated house, located in the square courtyard of a dwelling, adjoining outbuildings, close to a year-round rental. Independent entrance. On the ground floor (with internal steps): living room/lounge (fireplace), kitchen, shower room, WC, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) (2 single beds, 1 double bed). Wifi. Private garden of 300 mÂČ with a small enclosed courtyard of 40 mÂČ (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs). Private heated swimming pool (4x5m) in operation from June 15 to September 15. Bike shelter available. Aizenay 12 km, CHALLANS (markets in the mornings except Monday and Thursday) 12 km away. Mini-market and bakery 4 km away in St Christophe du Ligneron. Options: End-of-stay cleaning: âŹ49/stay; Rental of sheets for 1 or 2 people: âŹ10/bed/stay; Rental of towels: âŹ8/person/stay.

The place called Mermande is located halfway between Aizenay and Challans.
At La Roche sur Yon, take the direction of Noirmoutier/Saint Nazaire (D948). Pass Aizenay, go 12 km and take the direction of Mermande.
From St Nazaire Challans, take the direction of La Roche sur Yon, leave the village of St Christophe on your left and continue towards La Roche sur Yon for 4 km then take the exit "Les Mermandes".
Please note that the cottage is located in Mermande and not in the Grande Mermande which is close to it.
