GĂźte converted in 2013 in an old renovated barn, located in the heart of the Marais Breton, adjoining 2 other gĂźtes. Ground floor: living room/lounge/kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160) (2 beds 90), shower room/wc accessible to disabled people. Covered multi-jet spa (included from May to September and 100âŹ/week outside). Wifi. Private enclosed landscaped grounds of 150 mÂČ with terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, 2 deckchairs). Shared: heated swimming pool (3.6x9.6m) open from May to September. The gĂźtes La Bourrine and La Pibole can be rented together. 4 other gĂźtes on site. Fishing pontoon on site accessible to disabled people. Options: End of stay cleaning: 70âŹ/stay; Rental of sheets for 1 person: 10âŹ/bed/stay; sheets for 2 people. 15âŹ/bed/stay; Towel rental: 8âŹ/pers./stay.
In addition: Tourist tax, electric heating package: 10âŹ/day (to be paid on site).
