THE SPACE

You will stay in a fully furnished and equipped apartment.

This typically Parisian apartment will offer you warm and luxurious hotel-like comfort while giving you the feeling of being at home, offering a real experience of living in Paris like a Parisian.

The apartment's amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed WIFI Internet connection, linens and towels as well as high-end bedding and much more!

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the Marais district and a few minutes walk from the Louvre Museum, easily accessible by public transport with a large number of famous monuments to visit nearby.

This apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an equipped American kitchen, a dining room and a large living room in which you can meet comfortably. You will be charmed by its Parisian character and its loft aspect and large windows.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.

The dining room has a dining table for 8 people and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.

We will personally welcome you and show you around the apartment, making sure you immediately feel like at home.

Our check-in agent will take the necessary time with you so you feel comfortable knowing how to get around, where and how to get to popular landmarks and happily give you tips about some of our secret and favorite places.

You will also be able to easily reach us throughout your stay if need be.

Note: A 30€ fee applies for late arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 (on request only). Standard arrival hours are from 15:00 to 20:00.

The apartment is located in a residential building. Neighbors are expecting that the tranquility in and around the building is respected and noise kept to a reasonable level not only at night but also during the day. Parties are therefore strictly prohibited.

A deposit by bank card print (there’s no charge, no fee) will be required at check-in to cover for the costs associated with an eventual violation of our House Rules. This deposit will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure/check-out if no serious incident has occurred.

Great Stay

Wonderful apartment - squeeky clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable for our family of 4. The location is in a lovely neighborhood with many great restaurants within walking distance. We wouldn't hesitate to book this again.

Family Paris Trip

Beautiful spacious apartment. On quiet side street. Conveniently close to restaurants, steps to metro and groceries. good communication. Clean, easy check in. Beds were comfortable , kitchen well equipped. photos are representative. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again in Paris.

Lovely and Clean Place, Ideal Location

Our family of 6 stayed at the property for three nights, and it was ideal. The property was clean, the communication with the property management was smooth, and the location was great for touristic activity. Really great spot!

Excellent flat in La Marais

The place was perfect for our family. The location was ideal for transport, the metro and so many restaurants and shops nearby. Our check in was quick and easy. It had everything we needed and we would come back again. Thank-you.

My family loved this apartment for our nine day stay. It was very clean and beautiful, and in the perfect location right in the middle of great restaurants and shopping. The check-in/check-out were easy, and all the pre-trip communication was fast and friendly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic apartment in great location

My parents, husband, my two kids (6 and 8) and I stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. It was very clean and check in was seamless. It's very spacious by Paris standards, and we really enjoyed having the small kitchen, dining room and living room for extra space. It was incredibly quiet as well, and in a great neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Such a great neighborhood!

We had the best time in Paris and loved our stay in this apartment. It was very comfortable for all six of us and extremely convenient. It was literally steps from a metro station, grocery store, bakeries, fun shops, etc. We appreciated being able to do some wash while we were there. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Awesome Apartment!

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The host was very friendly and easy to work with. Very accommodating on check in. Awesome location, close to many cafes, bars and restaurants. There’s an Italian place right next to the English pub on the same street that was the best Italian and experience I’ve had. Great job LivinParis, great experience and we will be back!

Very nice apartment in a great location

We booked online, were contacted immediately, and got check-in scheduled. It was a nice easy check-in process with really nice folks. The apartment was exactly as it looked online. Very clean, comfortable and in a great convenient location. The property manager checked in with us midweek and again before checkout. They were great!

Amazing service and very nice place

The location is great. Near the metro. Very clean and incredibly spacious especially for Paris. Highly recommend. Most important is their service. We left a passport after we had vacated on a Sunday morning. Within 15 minutes Elise had the handyman there and we made our flight! She is incredible. Can’t give enough stars for her prompt and dedicated hostess skills. Bravissima!

Such a beautiful apartment

This was our second stay at this apartment. It has three spacious bedrooms, a large dining room, and a separate sitting area. Fans are stashed in the closet if the weather gets too warm. The apartment is in a central location to explore the Marais and close to multiple metro stops, making it easy to explore Paris. Communication with the property manager was seamless and Adonis, the gentleman who welcomed us to the property both times, is so wonderful and helpful. We would definitely recommend this spot for families who want a comfortable spot from which to discover Paris.

Great location - No AC

Overall a great place to stay! We had our 4 kids and stayed mid June. The unit does not have AC which we thought would be okay, but was pretty toasty. They do have fans, which helped but was pretty warm. One of the bedrooms does is between the living room and other bedroom, which does not provide much privacy and does not cool down as there are no windows in that room. The master bedroom had a shower, but no toilet. The area is great. Close to the Metro, great restaurants and shopping nearby. The space is nice, clean, comfortable.

Wonderful Apt in the Marsis

Perfect for a family. Easy walking distance to sights and museums in the Marais. Three decent sized bedrooms as described. The bedroom near the entrance of the apt has s really firm mattress that wasn't our family's preference. Some street noise at night, but this is normal for the neighborhood. Small kitchen with large refrigerator that we appreciated since we were traveling with a toddler and often ate in. Working elevator which helped immensely after long days of exploring. Check in process was easy and our host was very accommodating. Thank you so much for all of your help on arrival! If you are looking for a larger than average apt in Paris that is in walking distance to museums, parks restaurants, this is a gem. We would definitely return for our next visit.

What an experience...

Let's start with the punchline... The property and the management team were amazing. We (a family of 4 and a family of 3) stayed at the property for over a week and had the greatest experience. The property was exactly as advertised and we felt very at home there. We cooked some of our meals there and we also had guests over to entertain. The experience could not have gone any better from an accommodation standpoint. From a practicality standpoint, the property was so conveniently located next to public transportation, groceries, local walking sites, etc that is makes it extremely easy to blend into the local scene. It also had all the amenities from laundry to dish washing that made it easy and convenient to pack lightly even for a long stay, and save on eating out all the time. I would recommend this property over a hotel without any reservations.

Disappointing based on the price

The furniture was rather worn and the area rug in the living room was frayed and very worn. There were no rugs in the bedrooms, would be nice not to get out of bed onto a bare wood surface. The kitchen had very few utensils to cook with, however had a large selection of plates, bowls and glasses available. On the website it said it would be available by 3pm, but when we arrived at 3:30 it was still being cleaned due to some issue with prior guests (so we were told). We had to leave for an hour while they finished. It would have been appropriate to have been told about the delay prior to our arrival. The building is just fine, however we arrived on a Saturday and someone had a party in the building that night, which went on until 1:00am. Aren't there limits and timelines for noise in this area? Given the age of the building, noise carries and it was a very unpleasant first night.
