Villa Jungle Paradise is located just 5 minutes from the magnificent beach of Friar's Bay in a very unspoiled location, surrounded by tropical nature with a breathtaking view on Pic Paradis and its surrounding wild hills.
You will immediately feel relaxed, in this fully refurbished and wide luxury villa of 3000 sq ft and its gorgeous amenities :

Covered terrace of 1000 sq ft
Gazebo with barbecue

100 sq ft living room
Villa completely renovated online in January 2021.
You will enjoy 4 very spacious rooms on the ground floor, and 1 bedroom on the upper floor, with a magnificent view on Pic Paradis on the gardens of the property.
The absence of vis-Ă -vis on the pool and the terrace, will allow you to enjoy total privacy.
All double beds are King Size and very comfortable and 2 bedrooms even have their ensuite private bathroom.
You will enjoy Wifi and smart TV channels.
Upstairs, the large bedroom of 500 sq ft with sea view, will allow also those who want to, to isolate themselves to work or play.
The location is very quiet, you can bring your cars inside the property closed by an electric gate.
Outside the house, the large gazebo will allow you to welcome large tables in the shade.
The large garden of 1600 sq ft and its plant fences will protect you from the neighborhood, and allow you to sunbathe in complete privacy.
The Villa Jungle Paradise is entirely reserved for you.
You will have exclusive access to all areas of the house.n
Our couple of managers Daphnee and Gilles will be happy to welcome you and indicate all the good plans of the island and if necessary help you to book activities or restaurants.
They can also help you to have your groceries delivered to the Villa.
They are easy to reach and will be very responsive to all your requests throughout your stay.
The Villa Jungle Paradise is located in the center of the island in a very preserved area.
A 5 min drive from the beautiful beach of Friarâs Bay, with its beach restaurants and loungers.
A 10-minute drive from Grand Case, the gastronomic capital of the Caribbean, with its beautiful beach, Creole restaurants and festive beach establishments.
A 5 min walk from the Lottery Farm, a true natural sanctuary of 55 ha with hiking trails, zip lines, restaurant-bar and pool/lounge areas, at the foot of Pic Paradis, the top of the island which hosts the best gastronomic restaurant of the island in an extraordinary setting.
15 minutes by car from the beautiful beach of Orient Bay.
5 min walk from the bakery and restaurants.
5 min drive from the supermarket.
In Saint-Martin, a rental car is mandatory to take advantage of all the points of interest of the island which one makes the tour in only 1 hour.
