It comprises a living area combining a living room with ample storage space and a small, equipped open-plan kitchen, a beautiful shower room, and a separate toilet.
The living area has a sofa bed that converts into a double bed and an extra bed for a child.
Attached and right next to the studio is a private single garage, which also houses the washing machine.
Rental for a maximum of 3 people (including one child).
