A cosy and idyllic, new and relaxing 4* duplex flat measuring 73 m2. Upstairs living room with TV, sofa bed and WiFi. Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fondue pot and juicer.

You are in flat 001 of the Chalet des Alpes, a unique place, which enjoys a privileged and sunny location directly on the ski slopes of Prarion in the heart of the 4-Vallées ski area. This typically Alpine-style chalet comprises 4 comfortable flats, including 3 new flats, and a restaurant. In winter, put on your skis right outside the door and at the end of the day, enjoy the peace and quiet of nature with breathtaking views of the Alps in both summer and winter. In summer, you're at the start of a host of beautiful walks and surrounded by the Balavaux larch trees, the largest in Europe.

> SUMMER - This flat is about a 30-minute drive from Haute-Nendaz. The last few kilometres are on a forest road. Low cars are not recommended for this journey. Parking spaces are available in front of the chalet.
