Ranch styled home, in a quiet neighborhood, totally remodeled in 2020.

We purchased the home in 2019, finished with a total remodel in 2020. We are located right next to the Historic Potters Mill, now know as Flatted Fifth BBQ, that sits right next to Mill Creek. Flatted Fifth is just a short stroll down the hill from our front door. Great food and live music on the weekends. We are located right next to the Canadian Pacific Railroad. We have a lot to offer in Bellevue!

Cute and Convenient

Eld's Place is a great cute and convenient house laid out very efficiently making for a roomy small house. House was very clean, updated modern decor, wonderfully decorated, and had everything we needed. We'll definitely stay there again.

Overall Pleasant Stay

We stayed here for three days and overall, it was a mostly positive experience. The home is comfortable and clean and recently updated. The host was very responsive and kind. The location is very close to downtown. My only real complaint is that it is literally right across the street from a set of railroad tracks. It didn't really bother us but I always use earplugs when sleeping away from home. With those in, I didn't hear a thing but others might be bothered by the noise as trains do pass through there several times a day. They don't blow the horns close to town though.

Bellvue Ranch

Next door to the Potters Mill. Small but wonderfully cozy. Very clean. If you are passing through and need a place to hang for an evening, it's a prefect fit. I would stay again.

Calming retreat

The home was a beautiful and relaxing place to stay while we were in town for my father in law’s funeral. It was lovely to have a calming place to retreat to between memorial services and visiting. We will hopefully be back again under better and happier circumstances.

Highly recommend

We had a great experience staying here. The home is tastefully renovated, clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor seating area is a nice addition and we had good weather so we were able to take advantage of it. Great communication from the owner as well. I would definitely book again in the future.

The house was amazing. The area was safe. Everything I needed was within walking distance and it is such a nice place. I loved walking around a town from a simpler time. The river walk is amazing day or night. Thank you for giving my family and I some amazing memories

Cute 'little' house

The house have everything you need and more. A walking distance to the Riverfront - with the view of the Mississippi River and just to the State Park with a wonderful view of the town. Also, close enough to visit other towns. Absolutely recommend their place. Manager was always available for any question
