Wake up to a breathtaking sunrise and wind down with golden mountain sunsetsâall from your private suite nestled in a hidden-away high mountain meadow with sweeping views of the Continental Divide. Just 20 minutes from Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park, world-class rock climbing at Lumpy Ridge, and fly fishing on the Big Thompson River, this peaceful retreat offers the best of both adventure and solitude.
Your suite is a cozy, self-contained space with a private entrance and keypad check-in. It features a queen bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, and thoughtful touches like coffee and tea to start your mornings right. Step outside to your own seating area and fire up the propande firepet â perfect for sâmores under the stars or sipping on coffee/tea with a view.
We're located in the quiet mountain community of Storm Mountain, tucked away in Roosevelt National Forest. Palisade Mountain trailhead is just five minutes away, and you'll find plenty of scenic hikes right out your door. Though remote, the suite has reliable WiFi so you can stay connected and work if needed (note: no cell reception, but WiFi calling works well).
We do live in the main house upstairs, but the suite is entirely yours. If you're looking to truly disconnect and recharge in nature, this is the place.

4WD with snow tires or chains may be needed in winter months.
Well-behaved dogs, cats, or other pets are welcome. Pet fee is $45 (via website, Venmo, PayPal, or cash).

Our home is located in the mountains with great neighbors and daily wildlife sightings to include elk, mule deer, big horn sheep and birds.

This private suite is located on our two acres of mountain top property in a remote mountain town where you can enjoy sunrise and sunset as well as a million stars. We know you will absolutely love the remote nature feel of our property.
