The Rocky Cliff is a vacation home a block off Main Street in Hill City, SD. It is a 3 bedrooms/2 bath home with a queen sized bed in each bedroom and a hide-a-bed couch in the living room. The kitchen is fully furnished and there is a gas grill outside. There is tv, cell phone service, and wifi for the vacation home. There is also a washer and dryer. It is within walking distance of the downtown shops and restaurants. You are invited to use the hot tub and pool at the Super 8 hotel across the street.

This is a great place to stay for your vacation to explore the town of Hill City and surrounding area. Hill City is in the Center of the Black Hills so you can go any direction and be back to relax in the evening,

Perfect for family vacation!

I have a family of 7. The home was perfect with the 3 beds and 2 baths. The convenience of the hotel amenities coupled with being so close to all the attractions was amazing! Highly recommended.

Location, location, location!

Great quiet little house in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to all downtown activities and quick to get out of town when venturing out! Will definitely stay again when doing another motorcycle trip!

Great Location and Stay

Check in at the Super 8 was very easy and right across the street from the property. The house is in a great location. The big attractions are a short drive away and you can easily walk to several restaurants and shops in Hill City. The house was clean and had extra pillows and blankets. We would stay here again.

As advertised

The property was not fancy, but it was just what we were looking for. Property manager was great, property was clean and the benefits of the Super 8 were an added bonus (fresh towels, basic breakfast, pool & hot tub). Rooms didn’t have ac, but box fans were provided and honestly we didn’t even need ac even though it was July. Main room had ac. Hill City was a perfect launch point for exploring the Black Hills. The property was just off the main drag, so you could easily walk downtown from the property. If I lived at the property, I’d remodel the kitchen and bathrooms, but all were very serviceable and clean!

Quiet street, just off the main street shops and restaurants.

We couldn't have been more pleased with this simple, clean 3 bedroom ranch. Just a block off main street, we were able to easily walk to the shops and restaurants. There is a Super 8 Motel right across the street and we were encouraged to use their amenities just as any hotel guest would. We did use the hot tub, pool, continental breakfast, and exchanged soiled linen for clean during our stay. We didn't spend much time in the house as we were out enjoying the hills, but it was nice to come back and cook meals, relax in the Livingroom in front of the TV, and felt more at home than in a hotel or cabin. Beds are very comfortable.

Great Place!

Stayed here for four nights with my husband, my daughter and son-in-law, and two grandsons. The house was comfortable and one block off the main street where all the shops and restaurants are. It was so nice to come back to such a comfortable place after being out seeing the sites all day. Very close to Custer State Park, Crazy Horse, Mount Rushmore, etc. The house was very clean and it was so nice to be able to use the pool at the Super 8 for the littles. Would have liked to have had a washer and dryer but there was a nice laundromat on the south side of town and we got our wash done quicker. :) Host was very responsive when we had questions (which was only the day we checked in to ask about the washer and dryer; everything else was pretty self explanatory and there was a notebook with info on where to eat and things to do). Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Great Location with Hotel benefits

Great location and the added bonus of using the hotel across the street for swimming, continental breakfast and changing out towels. I was worried with the limited pictures but the house was a good choice. Note there is only ac in the front of the house and the 3 bedrooms are in the back of the house without ac. They have multiple box fans available and there is a good breeze when you open the windows at night which helps cool things off. Great location for exploring custer, crazy horse and mt rushmore.

Really convenient location!

We came to the hills for a family girls weekend! Easy access to the 1880 train depot, dining, and shopping! Clean and the hotel amenities were appreciated!
