As you enter the villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway with living room to your left, followed by the laundry next door. The hallway then leads onto the spacious open plan family room, kitchen and dining area beyond.

The living room to the front aspect includes a huge wrap around sectional couch in a beach themed chill out room. Perfect for quiet reading time or relaxation.

The laundry room adjacent to the living room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The large sunny pool with south-west facing deck benefits from splendid pond views to the south. We have provided sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort and a patio table with sofa andchairs under the shady covered lanai.

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children wandering into the unsupervised pool so you know your children are safe.

The second sitting room is situated on the landing area and is complete with sofa, chairs, wall-mounted 55" Smart TV and ceiling fan. Plus pool table and an XBox live with unlimited games.

The large master bedroom with views overlooking the front gardens has been furnished with and a king-sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers, walk-in dressing room, ceiling fan and Smart TV.

The connecting spacious en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in double shower, his & hers sinks and separate WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

Towels & Linens
All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

Electronic Keypad Entry
No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keypad entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!
