The hotel has a 5x6 meter heated swimming pool, usable from June to September. It's the perfect way to refresh and relax while admiring the views. The house also has a terrace where residents can enjoy nature and panoramic views. Although the house enjoys a quiet and secluded location, it is just a 20-minute drive from popular destinations such as Cadaqués, Roses and Port de la Selva, providing easy access to restaurants, shops and other services.
The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms: one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Additionally, there is a living room with dining area and kitchen, providing a comfortable and functional space for living and entertaining.
