Casa Pacifico is a newly built villa with three of the largest condominiums in the entire area. The Condo Butterfly offers you 1.960 square feet of living space, 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils. Enjoy the 40.000 square feet garden with the BBQ Rancho, the sun terrace and the huge 4 meters by 20 meters (13 feet by 65 feet lap pool) pool, with a children's shallow end. A special feature of the accommodation is the extremely fast high-speed Internet with 100 MBs and with over 1000 channels.! Playa Negra offers many small hotels and lodges as well as typical restaurants. Visit the "Villa Deevena restaurant" just two blocks from the property. The Guide 3 star chef Patrick Jamon offers a varied selection of original dishes that are prepared by him and delight guests in a relaxed atmosphere. The menu features fresh seafood and other ingredients selected to satisfy the taste buds and refresh guests after a day at the beach, pool, under the sun or the great outdoors.
In the city of Avellana, just four kilometers away, there is a wonderful bar by the sea, which offers live music and delicious cocktails in the evenings. If you are looking for more restaurants or shops for shopping, explore the lively city of Tamarindo, which is only 30 kilometers away. Many day tours can be booked there, such as surf schools and diving schools, which are also located there. Then enjoy the little oasis "Casa Pacifica" again, which gives you the peace that you have longed for.

Gillade inte: Renlighet, bekvämligheter och boendets skick och faciliteter

Not worth it. First off there is a hidden fee for electricity which is probably the most annoying of all the problems with the apartment. The dryer vents directly into the living space which is a fire hazard in addition to heating up the apartment that you are then charged to cool off. Silly. The place has dirt marks all over the walls and on the light switches. Most of the cabinets are broken or missing knobs. Sofas had stains on them, screen doors had holes and large rips in them, front door has a large gap underneath it. We encountered at least 2 scorpions in the bathroom as a result. Outdoor lounge chair cushions looked about 10 years old and were ripped and had holes. Living room ceiling fan was so loud you couldn't have a conversation. Internet is not fast as advertised and the television didn't work. Way overpriced!!

Me, Petra has the wonderful job of being able to let Casa Pacifico. I live in Costa Rica since 2015 and love the country more than before. I enjoy being awakened by the birds every day and witnessing the serenity of the ticos
