Hampton's Retreat - Seas the Moment

Welcome to our spacious cape style home. It features four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs and a full bathroom on each floor. Two bedrooms have queen beds, one bedroom has two twin beds and one has a futon.
You are welcome to bring your own but we do provide plenty of linens, pillows, bath and beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. The house is overstocked with everything you need to make you feel at home. Our home is walking distance to the Bay, The Station Bar and Grill Restaurant, Rocky's Lobster Bar, and the Foster Avenue Playground. Hampton Coffee Shop just opened in 2025 and is right down the road (formerly The Green Door). The Ocean (Ponquogue Beach) is less than 2 miles away. The house has many amenities including internet, smart TVs, washer/dryer, gas grill, outdoor fire pit, outdoor shower, lawn games, and a detached garage. The backyard is very private and is fully fenced in. This is an ideal location if you want to visit the beaches, the vineyards, the outlets or just come and relax. The train station is just minutes away. Our home is perfect for a family vacation or a weekend getaway.

50th Birthday Celebration

Loved everything about this property. Close to everything. House had ever amenity and was perfect for our family gathering. Owner was available when needed. Yard was huge for badminton, corn hole ladder toss etc. definitely recommend this property and may return next year.

Nice property

Property was clean and well stocked. Maybe a little smaller than some but for our group of seven it worked well. Owners very easy to deal with and communication was great.

Long weekend stay with friends

We stayed at Christine’s place for a long weekend with a group of friends. The house itself was perfect: clean, spacious, well equipped with everything we needed, and exactly as described. The house is well located, close enough to both the beach as well as the main town. The grill, large yard, and fire pit were great as well. I would recommend and would certainly stay again.

Wedding Bells

Great house, makes you feel you are at home. Second time renting it. Very clean, near beach and all go to locations tor fun. Family loves staying here. A must if looking to rent in Hampton Bays. Stay here for my nieces wedding for the weekend. Great time had by all.

Visit to the Hamptons

Christine and Kevin’s house is wonderful. You immediately get the feeling of home. My wife hates sleeping away from home and just felt so comfortable there that she said it felt like home. The house was spotless, had all the essential you needed and then some. The house is centrally located to everything with easy access. We will definitely be coming back. I give this house 10 stars. A must if you’re looking for a great place to stay. Thank you Christine and Kevin!

Amazing Weekend!

6 friends and I stayed in Christine’s house for a long weekend and enjoyed every second! The house is adorable, clean, with a very well kept yard in the perfect location. Christine made herself available to us at any time if we had any questions or issues. We would 100% stay here again!

Great location & home

We stayed for a few days this summer for a wedding. The house and property were super tidy, the check in process was straightforward, and the location was absolutely perfect. Christine made sure everything was just right, and I can't think of anything I'd change.

Hamptons Getaway

A wonderful property, super clean and well appointed. Close to everything. Our kids and us loved walking to the bay each morning to find seashells and also just a short drive over the bridge to the ocean waves. So many great places to eat nearby and the grocery store is minutes away. The house was warm and inviting and the backyard was incredible for our 3 daughters to run around and play. Lovely home to spend a long weekend with the family

We had an amazing long weekend. The house is lovely, well entertained, so comfortable and clean, well located. The garden is beautiful and peaceful. The kitchen has everything you need and spacious! I totally recommend it for a few days with the family and/or with friends!

Great location!

We grew up in the area and mom sold her house. We were there to empty it out and for the closing. This house was great for all of us! It was 4 adults ! Everything you needed was there. We wish we had more time to actually enjoy the property itself and plan on returning . Our only suggestion is the room downstairs would be nice to have regular queen or full bed instead of a futon . That way one of us could’ve been downstairs with mom in the front room who cannot do stairs safely. The owner is very easy to work with and is available immediately for any inquiries!

Nice house, good location

It was very nice quaint, alittle dated for the price, and some repair work needs to be done. Neighbors when home are loud due to kids with a ramp in the front yard that riding up and down for long periods of time. Owners were great, kind and very accommodating.

Summer Vacay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We stayed for the month of July and had a great time. The house felt like home with all the supplies you could need in a house. Christine was so helpful and easily accessible if we had any questions! We will be back!!
