This Provençal house, surrounded by orange trees and eucalyptus trees, is located on the heights of Vallauris, so that you can enjoy the calm of the neighborhood while being only a few minutes by car from Cannes and the beaches of the CÎte d`Azur.
From the villa, you can enjoy the panoramic view of the bay of Golfe Juan: a permanent spectacle!
Inside, the villa has been completely renovated in a modern and elegant style, with high-end materials. It is fully equipped with air conditioning and numerous windows which make it very bright.
The villa is built on a large wooded plot of approximately 3000 mÂČ. The large terrace will allow you to enjoy sunny meals, equipped with a large table, a lounge area, and an electric plancha. A 15 m swimming pool.
The villa consists of three bedrooms with double bed and three bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, a large living room with a lounge area and a large table for your family meals.
The villa is equipped for 6 adults.
Check-in is from 3 pm - 7pm , for arrivals after 7 p.m., please contact us for additional charges.
Check-out is from 8 am to 11 am, for departures outside these hours, please contact us for availability.
Linen is included in the cleaning price
We will be in touch prior to your arrival with check in details.
No smoking allowed
Check-in after midnight is subject to confirmation.
No pets allowed

The local law requires every guest to present an ID card/passport upon their arrival to the apartment.
For safety reasons, an additional security deposit will be collected by credit card according to the apartment size.
