Just 1.5 hours from Lyon and 1.5 hours from Clermont-Ferrand, in the Cité Ponote basin, lies the small town of Espaly-Saint-Marcel.
This pleasant cottage is located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the hillside.
In summer, this house, completely renovated in the early 2000s and equipped with an unheated swimming pool, will be the ideal base for a vacation exploring the Haute-Loire region.
This bright and spacious house will allow you to enjoy the charms of the city while still feeling like you're in the countryside; the landscaped garden gives a feeling of complete privacy.
On-site: essential shops, public transportation, etc.
A few kilometers away: the town of Le Puy-en-Velay and its many UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the Pinatelle du Zouave, the Puy-en-Velay golf course, etc.
A little further afield: the central location of this accommodation allows you to explore the young gorges of the Loire, the Allier, the Mezenc plateau, and the GĂ©vaudan region. The basement of the house is dedicated to an open garage.
Access to the living area is via an exterior staircase leading to a magnificent terrace with a barbecue, an outdoor bar, and a private, secure swimming pool (fence + cover).
The entrance to the house is through the large and bright main room, which consists of the kitchen, a living room, and a lounge area arranged around a fireplace. On the same floor are the bathroom and toilet.
On the first floor of the house, there are three attic bedrooms, one of which directly overlooks the garden.
