Nestling in the hills, the garden offers uninterrupted views over the countryside. Just a short walk away, the village centre welcomes you with its convenience stores, such as bakeries, grocery shops and bars, ensuring convenient proximity. Supermarkets are also just a short drive away.

The elegant villa offers around 300 m² of comfortable living space. From the entrance, a harmonious layout leads to a vast east-west-facing living room. This large open-plan space combines a welcoming lounge with a convivial dining room. The fully-equipped, enclosed kitchen adds a practical touch to the whole.
The sleeping areas are judiciously distributed at either end of the villa, with an additional bedroom upstairs. The first air-conditioned bedroom has a 140 cm bed and opens onto the garden through a French window. It also has a private bathroom with toilet. The second air-conditioned bedroom, with a 160 cm bed, overlooks the terrace and pool, and has an en suite shower room and toilet. The third bedroom, also air-conditioned, has a 160 cm bed, en suite shower room and toilet, and views of the pool. The fourth bedroom upstairs, with a 140 cm bed, has a private terrace, en suite shower room and toilet, all with air conditioning.

Outside, a large terrace extends the villa, providing an ideal space in which to relax. Around the 13.5 m x 5.5 m swimming pool, secured by two underwater alarms, sun loungers and garden furniture invite you to relax. A gas barbecue is available for convivial, tasty moments. A covered terrace even houses a table football table for extra entertainment.
