Huntington by the Sea 303 is located on the third floor, providing unparalleled views of the Gulf of Mexico from the spacious, private balcony. This condo also has a sofa bed in the den area. Upon entering, you will fall in love with the gorgeous tile floor and exquisite décor throughout, along with the added convenience of having a washer and dryer combination in the unit. Towards the entrance, you will find the guest bedroom on your right, which leads to its own private bathroom featuring a single vanity and tub/shower combination. Down the hall, you will find the well-equipped, spacious and tastefully decorated kitchen on your left which opens directly into the dining area and living room. The dining room table seats up to six guests comfortably, perfect for the whole family. The living room has a large television along with a DVD player and endless DVD rentals. Take a glance directly out to the crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches from your large balcony. There is also plenty of furniture available on the balcony to enjoy the warm breeze or watch the sun rise and set each day. Huntington by the Sea offers a perfect getaway atmosphere, offering a large seasonally heated outdoor pool, a beach gazebo and on-site laundry facilities for added convenience.

My new favorite spot!

The beach access was amazing ! The pool was seriously clean. The furniture was all comfortable and nice. The view from the third floor was perfect! I also loved the pond full of frogs out by the parking lot and the dragon flies.

Quiet beach

We have stayed three times at this location and will be back again! The lack of people on the beach is what makes this TOPS on our list! Walk out your room and be on the beach in minutes. You don’t have to fight through rows of other people to be sitting surfside. Perfect location for us.

Great stay!!

I love this property. Second year in a row that we stayed here. It’s a great location for families, it’s not real crowded and has its own little piece of private beach. The only con is there aren’t washer/dryers in the 1-4th floor units. They are located on each floor towards the end so make sure you have a card to swipe to pay to wash and dry your clothes.

Beautiful view of the beach

The condo was nice. Had new updated appliances but no ice maker which was disappointing. Beds were comfortable and close to pool, beach, shopping and plenty of restaurants.

Cockroaches in Paradise

There were cockroaches all over the this unit. In the furniture, electrical appliances, and the walls. I complained and asked for something to be done about it and was ignored. Now that I'm home all of my stuff is sitting outside so I can properly clean it before brining it in my home. When we arrived all the surfaces were sticky. On the other hand, its beautiful there. Can't beat the location. Literally, just needs to be sanitary. We left the place cleaner than when we arrived.

Beautiful Location

The condo was located right on the beach, steps away from white sand. The condo could use some updating, especially in the bathrooms. The toilet paper holder and shower bar had rust on them. Beds were comfortable!

Pleasant and cozy

Our stay was pleasant. The location is perfect. My only complaint is the rule regarding not leaving wagons, floats, boogie boards, etc. outside the door so you don’t track sand into the condo. I understand keeping the property nice and presentable, but it would be nice to have an area close to your condo to put your beach stuff. Also, you have to pay each time you wash/dry your clothes.

Needs more than a little TLC.

Nothing seems to be taken care of. From the missing door handles to the balcony to the missing knobs on dresser drawers, lack of care was the theme of this condo. We had to replace batteries in multiple remotes, change lightbulbs and had to buy our own dustpan. The vacuum was so clogged, that even after it was cleaned out, it still didn’t pick up dirt and sand. I didn’t mind the mirrored wall, but there are many upgrades that could be made. Not sure it’s worth the value.

Broken down condo

The freezer didn’t work nothing stayed frozen and ruined all of our food…ice maker didn’t make ice because if freezer… toilet seat broken in one bathroom… the other bathroom toilet ran continuously and it had to be fixed just to flush it…under sink looked like termite damage and was coming apart. I feel like we should get some sort of compensation for the big hassle and foods we list

Demolition Nightmare

We have been coming to Huntington by the Sea for years. I think this was our 6th or 7th stay. I hate to rate so low. The unit itself I would give a 3 perhaps a 4, but the “construction” outside ruined our stay. I did not see the comment in the small print (on the reservation page) about “construction” happening during our visit, and nothing was mentioned in any of our communications, so we were surprised and concerned when we arrived. This was not “construction” as described, but major demolition. The equipment being used was right outside our door and sounded (literally) like a jackhammer. The work on the back balcony outside our door was so loud that it resonated throughout the entire condo and out to the beach balcony. There were times when having a conversation was impossible and shutting ourselves out on the beach balcony did not help – we couldn’t even hear the waves. The workers were courteous, but it was a mess. The elevator was broken one day, so we were forced to use the steps (that were also being worked on). I tripped on the uneven landing and broke my toenail. There was so much cement dust on one of the walkways that I slipped and almost fell down. We have recordings and videos of the noise level to share if anyone is interested. We called customer service asking to speak to someone about a discount. I don’t know why in the world I was asked to pay full price for such a horrible stay. That call was made on Friday (October 7). They took the information and said we would receive a call back, but we have not. We don’t spend our days on the beach, but on the balcony, and our peaceful balcony visits that we so-look forward to were ruined. $400 a night (rental and fees) is a HUGE amount to pay for such a horrible visit.

Unacceptable!

The lack of information on construction, the lack of communication in trying to reach someone who could actually help and the lack of customer service was unacceptable. It took an hour on the phone taking away by beach vacation to finally speak to someone. The current construction conditions are unsafe!

We loved this unit because it was a perfect view of the gulf from the living room and the master bedroom. We enjoyed the sliding glass door in the master the most. The bed was comfortable. Only thing I can recommend if that you get a new toaster. Only 2 out of the 4 burners are working, so we had to flip the bread to get both sides toasted. The dish washer is not attached to the counter, so you cant pull it out all the way which can be an easy fix. One more thing.....there is an old broken towel hanger out on the deck....it just needs to either be thrown out or please replace, it is of no good any longer. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us, we will come again.

Worth it for the view!

First off, the view makes this rental worth it. The balcony is large and you can view sunsets perfect, but is also covered so when the weather isn’t ideal, you can still be on it. It truly is right on the beach with no view obstructions and is gorgeous from the 3rd floor. The unit was very clean - in fact we didn’t have any issues with sand being left in the unit which is amazing. I will say that the description doesn’t describe it very well. The master bedroom has sliding doors that connect to the rest of the patio which provide a beautiful view every morning. The master bedroom also has its own private bathroom (which can snuggly fit a pack and play). The other bedroom is generously sized but faces the parking lot. We were traveling with a baby so this mattered to us. My only complaint was the lack of amenities. We had 2 rolls of toilet paper total, and 2 garbage bags. (5 people staying there for 4 days). There was also no salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee filters - general items you would use daily since you have a full kitchen. I wasn’t sure if this was covid related, but it was kind of annoying. Overall, a great place and we would stay again!

Perfect location & view.

First the positives: Great beach view, good location and short walk to the beach. Negatives: Some doors don’t shut good or latch, dishwasher works but not nailed in place, and tv doesn’t have any channels that we could find. Overall we would come back because of the view and location. The listing needs to be updated because they did replace the brown leather couch with a cloth couch but not very comfortable. In the guest bedroom it has bunk beds on one side and a full on the other which worked perfectly for us with children.
