Big Pines Lodge is a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom vacation dream home located near the Woodlands Golf Course. Gather with friends and family in this spacious 3,000 sq ft, 2 level home for up to 12 guests. Main living room with vaulted ceilings and cozy fireplace and secondary upstairs lounge for TV, games, and relaxing....the ultimate way to have comfortable hang-out space for everyone in your group! Please inquire how you can avoid certain user fees for multi-night discounts!

The main level features the living room, with a fireplace and expansive windows which is perfect for reading or sipping a glass of wine. The large updated kitchen, with new stainless steel appliances, cabinets offers plenty of room to gather and socialize while preparing meals. The family room offers lots of cozy seating and a 60" flatscreen TV – perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or in the pool. Also on the main level is a full bath, large master king suite and an expansive patio with outdoor dining furniture, 8 person hot tub, gas BBQ, and private setting to enjoy your time in Sunriver.

The home rental offers: 2 king ensuite bedrooms (one with soaker tub), family room, lounge/TV/game room with double sleeper futon, 2 levels, fully equipped kitchen, hot tub, gas fireplace, outdoor gas BBQ, patio with dining furniture, many bikes to choose from, double garage and close location to amenities.

10 SHARC passes are included that get you into the aquatic center ($25/person/day value), on tennis/pickleball courts ($15/session value), and on the tubing hill ($10/person/day value)!! Bocce ball courts and a basketball court at SHARC are also included in passes as well as launching watercraft at the marina.

Sunriver and Big Pines Lodge are easy to get to if you have not been before! There are several commuter flights per day to Redmond from Portland. Charter flights can also fly direct to the Sunriver Airport. Direct connections to Redmond are currently available through Portland, San Francisco, Seattle, Salt Lake City, Los Angeles, and Denver. From Redmond it is a 37min. drive and you can inexpensively rent a car or take an airport shuttle direct to the lodge. Once in Sunriver, you can ride, walk, or drive just about anywhere within a few minutes. The Resort Shuttle is also available on call for complimentary group trips to and from the main Resort for any of their restaurants.

Walk or ride bikes to McDivot's Cafe only minutes away. Close to the Deschutes River as well for great bike rides or easy walks along the pathways affording beautiful views. Great Stay for Large Group

This was a wonderful place to stay in Sunriver that fit 12 people very comfortably. The jacuzzi worked great. We really appreciated that there were 2 separate living room spaces. Easy check in and check out process. The bikes were awesome! Overall, great experience and would stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at Big Pines Lodge! Very spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. The bunk room was a hit with the kiddos. We would stay here again!

New Year's Family Time!

Good bedroom layout for families with children! Could use a bit more space in a dining area and sturdier folding chairs. Sunriver is a wonderful place and loved the option of using the SHARC passes!! Snow made for a wonderful time with littles and bigs! (Might encourage your cleaning crews to take care of cobwebs in "up high" in the main living room, and in the upstairs bedrooms.) Well appointed kitchen and extra frig in garage was perfect for our big group needs. Owner contact was great and double-checked on our arrival time and procedure.Overall...a great time was had by all!

Decent stay in Sunriver

The bedrooms were spacious and the layout nice for a big group, but there needs to be a good cleaning of the house and the doors need to be WD40ed. The kitchen is small for a large group in the house. The TV/ DVD/ Streaming set up is not clear and needs to be put in the house directions. Many items, including the dining room chairs, are in need of repairs or replacements. The location was good and it was very helpful that the owner provided a list of what was in the house so we could pack appropriately.

Woodlands Lodge is really terrific!

We rate Woodlands Lodge very high. It is well situated and not far from the Village. It is well appointed, very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The décor is quite special and really fits in well with the Sunriver and Woodlands theme. Interaction with the owner could not be better. They are attentive and quick to respond. Woodlands Lodge was a fantastic choice and we can't wait to come back. Thank you making our stay at Sunriver, a truly good one, and fun time.

Great place for our group of 3 families

We had a great stay in Sunriver. This house exceeded my expectations for a VRBO. I really appreciated how clean the home was and how it had 2 living rooms so the kids and adults could hang out in separate spaces! Since we had 3 cars I also loved how much parking space there was in the driveways. Check-in/door code etc. all worked great. Our friends used the bikes in the garage as they forgot theirs so that was an extra bonus. Thanks for a great trip!

Okay

Property looked just like it was listed. However, the listing says you’ll be charged for a missing utensil as they take inventory. I totally understand that. But when I arrive to remote controls missing batteries, cobwebs everywhere, no dish detergent, broken dining chair, filthy carpets, I was out. I took pictures of everything. The bedding and mattress pads need to be washed too, not just the sheets. It was a nice house but the cleaning is less than ideal.

We’re looking forward to returning!

Overall, a great experience! We look forward to coming back again! This place was well-equipped, and had everything we needed. It’s perfect for a family get together. We were there with our infant grandson and adult children. We did wash the pillows and pillow cases in the upstairs Master bedroom because our adult daughter detected an odor in them. Also, the kitchen floor could use a good mopping.

Great location

The property is in a great location. We loved that there were bikes provided to ride around the neighborhood. The Sharc was also a hit! The property was not clean. Within minutes of walking barefoot though the house, our feet were dirty and black. The listing says it sleeps 15 but there were only 9 bath towels provided. There was prescription medicine left in the bathroom drawer from previous guests. There were articles of clothing behind the dressers in multiple rooms left from previous guests. Multiple light bulbs were burned out throughout the house.

Enjoyable stay if you ignored some items

okay overall. We had to clean oven in order to use it ! When we opened oven to use we found thick coat of oven cleaner all over glass part ! Had to remove metal base covering bottom of oven to clean finding huge pieces of burnt food that could have caused a fire !! Rugs were really dirty in some areas !! Pieces of trash around yard . Garbage can had not been set out for pickup day. So it was over half full ! For the amount we had to pay for cleaning the above wasn't okay !! We have rented larger homes in Sunriver during the summer that were a lot cleaner !! Owner blamed cleaning crew being rushed and carpet cleaning company not available until later .

Happiest Stay EVER!!

10 stars is how this amazing place should be rated!!! This was the easiest, most convenient, clean and well decorated vacation rental we have ever stayed in!! Communication with the Property Manager / Owner was instant from the very beginning. They offer a wonderfully detailed "Welcome Kit Email" that listed a lot of local attractions, places to eat, how to get around, etc. It really was a great supplement other than just a map that some places give you. They were so kind and speedy to reply to a few questions I had about the area. Very accommodating and knowledgeable!! The house was in an awesome location to everything, the kitchen was completed outfitted, great sheets and towels, too! (It is genuinely suited for all ages of people to stay comfortably.) The living room / hang out areas were so comfortable and had everything we could have possibly asked for to make our family vacation even better. The decorations were super cute and I especially loved the laundry room to throw some of the kiddos dirty clothes in to wash. Everything was extremely clean.....spotless, in every room. We didn't have time to take the bikes out or use the hot tub, but they all looked brand new and well kept. We will stay there again and definitely recommend this great house to anyone looking to have a perfect stay in Sunriver!!

Great property for large group

The home is very well stocked!! And it’s a great layout for a large family group. The children enjoyed staying in the bunk bedroom. It’s on a quiet street and so the kids were able to ride the bikes around the loop. While there are quite a few bikes to choose from, there is only one helmet. If you plan on riding bikes you will want to bring that.
