We loved the property and the area.

Was able to do most everything we wanted. The weather was cold first week so couldn’t enjoy pool but. Did enjoy being outside by it. Enjoyed having so many wonderful Restaurants so close. Enjoyed our stay.

Quiet Neighborhood Close to Everything and Very Clean

We loved the house. It's more roomy than you would think. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the house was extremely clean. We spent a lot of time in the evenings out on the lanai.

All the comforts of home

Overall, our recent stay was very enjoyable. The house is spacious and more than adequately met our needs. It’s well maintained and impeccably clean. The kitchen has plenty of essentials. The pool is a convenient amenity. There are a few beach towels, beach mats, umbrella, cooler and portable lawn chairs as well. Communication from the host is excellent. Gina is very responsive, considerate, and professional. As for location, we found the location was just right for us. There’s plenty of dining options, ice cream, and a mini golf course nearby. It’s about 15 minutes from a small but nice beach on the river adjacent to a great local open-air restaurant, the Boat House Tiki Bar. We spent the majority of our time visiting Sanibel, Fort Myers, and even Pine Island. The location is close to all these destinations in miles, but be advised, getting around during peak season requires patience. This would be the case no matter the property location. We were happy with the location because it’s away from the hustle and bustle but not far from all the great places the Fort Myers area has to offer.

Just a perfect home

Loved the decor, the pool, the location. Everything was very functional for us. Question were answered promptly Suggestions of where to eat were provided Thank you for sharing this home as that’s what it felt like not just a house

Great place to enjoy the area and time with family

The house was spotless. We had everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable week in Cape Coral. The pool was clean and very nice as well. There was plenty of space for my family of mostly adults to spread out and enjoy their activities. Wifi was excellent as was the streaming TV. Great location, easy to get to Fort Myers & Sanibel and also lots of good places to eat, shop, etc. close by. Highly recommend and would stay here again.
