The full kitchen includes all the appliances, counter space, and cookware you'll need, as well as a breakfast bar where you can grab a bite before hitting the slopes. After a day on the slopes at the Steamboat Ski Resort, come home to a soothing soak in the hot tub and admire the terrific views from the upper and lower decks. Or, simply pop in a DVD and watch a movie on one of the five flatscreen TVs, or use the free WiFi to research your next Steamboat adventure. Within the EagleRidge community, you'll have access to outstanding shared amenities that include a heated pool, hot tubs, a fire pit, a fitness center, a steam room, and massage services.

The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a tub and a walk-in shower on the top floor. Across the hall is an additional bedroom with an adjoining full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and shower seat - for convenience, this bathroom also has a door that leads to the hallway. The remaining three bedrooms are on the basement level, two of which share a full bathroom that adjoins one of them and has a bathtub/shower combination, and one that has a full en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

This home is part of the EagleRidge Townhomes in Steamboat Springs, ideally located a quarter-mile from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find the fantastic neighborhood store WildPlum. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a seven-and-a-half-mile paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown, home to the Old Town Hot Springs and fantastic restaurants, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
