Chadham by the Sea 119 offers a tranquil three-bedroom, two-bathroom ground-floor condo with direct access to New Smyrna's non-driving beach. The condo features a newly renovated interior with light walls, natural wood floors, and beachy accents, creating a peaceful atmosphere.

The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with an ocean view, while the dining area seats six, and the living room provides a cozy space to relax and enjoy the ocean scenery.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Enjoy stunning ocean sunrises from the wrap-around sliding glass doors. Guest bedrooms include a queen bed and two twin beds, with a nearby bathroom for convenience.

This 52-unit oceanfront resort condominium is located on a wide expanse of white sandy beaches on the shores of the Atlantic. This complex is near the finest seashore park in the country, the Canaveral National Seashore, as well as near the beautiful Indian River Lagoon. Also in the immediate area is a county park with a fishing pier and playground. The access to the river affords the sportsmen some of the finest flat-bottom boating, river fishing, crabbing, clamming, and shrimping available in Florida. This complex is located on the non-driving section of New Smyrna Beach.

Family get-away

The place was generally nice. It could have used a more thorough cleaning. Stains on kitchen cabinets, make up on the MBR bath floor, etc. There are lots of closets that have too much junk strewn about in them. There was only one working beach chair. The others were broken. The location is great. Big nice pool. However, there was painting and maintenance going on that we were not aware of that was slightly disruptive. I wish we would have known about the work that would have been going on in advance.

When can we come back!!

This property was perfect for us. So peaceful!! It is on the first floor which was ideal as we spent the majority of the time on the beach. No driving on the beach which was awesome. The furnishings and supplies were more than adequate. We cooked and found every utensil/gadget we needed. We drove away on the internet looking to see when we could go back. You will not be disappointed!!
