Renovated condominium with hardwood floors, kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Full size washer and dryer along with an oversized tub/shower. Living room is furnished with a comfortable full size sofa, love seat and oversized chair. Dining for two at the table located in the living room space. The Village is an excellent location in Raleigh with great shopping, a starbucks, restaurants, gym, drug store and full service grocery store.2064742 is our other unit that we own so please check it out too!

Excellent location

This is a great location to stay for NCSU graduation. Close to campus and downtown. And walking distance to The Village District for groceries, retail shops and restaurants.

Great location!

Stephen and Will were wonderful hosts. All of the amenities were as described and the location was perfect for our stay. My daughter was attending an event at NC State and this place was perfect. I love that there were restaurants and a grocery store near by.

Great little get away close to everything

As advertised...very comfortable and quiet!

I had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed the place. It was immaculately clean, updated with the latest appliances and furniture, and the place was very quiet. I didn't hear a peep out of anybody my whole stay, only chirping birds in the morning. Also, the place is located right near (a short east walk) Cameron Village which has excellebt restaurants and shops.

Great Stay

Property was immaculate. Bed and bed linens were very comfortable. Kitchen and entire unit has everything we needed. Great shower and tub. Whole unit is lovely and newly updated, great location
 easy walk to Cameron Village. Owner responded to any questions quickly. Highly recommend.

Perfect location

This condo is nestled in a nice little neighborhood within walking distance to lots of restaurants and a supermarket. NC State and downtown Raleigh are less than 10 minutes away. Kitchen is small but has all the necessities to make a meal, including decent chef knives and all clad cookware. Recommend that folks pick up goodies at the NC State Farmers Market! Would stay here again.

Comfortable beds, good shower, all the amenities we needed for a long weekend visit with our NC State student. Location was fantastic and close to the heart of the campus. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Hosts were responsive to questions.

Adorable

This was an adorable one bedroom condo in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed there for NC State’s orientation. It was convenient and close to the university & close to some nice restaurants.

Quiet Condo

This was a great place to stay in Raleigh especially if you're looking to be close to the village district. You could easily walk to the village district in about 10 minutes or so. Unfortunately we had rainy weather so we ended up driving each time. There's a lot of shopping and plenty of good restaurants close by. The condo was very quiet and clean. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Great place near PNC

Location was perfect for concert at PNC and visit to NC State. Short walk to Village where there are great options for food and shopping. Pictures are representative. Clean and comfy.

Raleigh gem

Stayed here during an in-person portion of a class at NC State. Neighborhood is very quiet and the location is perfect - close to both NC State and blocks from Cameron Village (grocery store/restaurants). Very clean and comfortable. I hope this unit is available during my next trip to Raleigh.

Perfect Hockey Weekend in Raleigh

This charming, quiet unit had everything we needed for our trip to see the Hurricanes and visit the NC Museum. It is convenient to the stadium, groceries, the museum, university and downtown. The dedicated parking spot and easy coded entry made life easy. The apartment was spotless and airy. Lovely linens and a great sleep. Responsive host. Treat yourself!

Our Stay

My daughter and I stayed at the property to be central for all soccer games she played in Raleigh Showcase. It also gave us the opportunity to walk the NC state campus and surrounding Village district as one of her college prospects. The apartment is very clean with comfy accommodations. There is also a nice patio to have a morning cup of coffee. The owners were available for a question and it was a great stay!

We moved to Raleigh 24 years ago from Charleston, SC. We have loved the Raleigh area. Will is a GC and does home renovation in the area and I am a physician now working for a local CRO. We have also renovated several of our own homes over the last 24 years. We really enjoy renovating properties for others as well as ones that we've kept and used for rental in the Raleigh area.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This was our 1st unit we renovated in the same building that is located w/in easy walking distance to The Village and is about 1-2 miles from the vibrant Glenwood South area and NC State. There are various restaurants that are within walking distance as well as shopping, antiquing, and bars available. The area is an older/contemporary building and both units that we own are fully renovated with new kitchen/appliances and an open/modern to contemporary feel.
