Super awesome location to everything we wanted to do while in town. In a quiet community and one of the most comfortable couches.

So glad, Nora, that the location worked well for you on your recent trip and that the furnishings were comfortable! We do love that it is in a quiet neighborhood that is so close to the Village, NC State and Downtown. It has been pretty warm lately and we've now installed a small 2nd AC in the bedroom to help keep our tenants comfortable.

Listing was accurate, host communicated very well, location was excellent and even though it was on a busy street, the setback from the road was enough for it to be quiet and peaceful.
