All of the Sunflower Inn rooms include the amenities you expect to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Safe place for women traveling alone

I came in for a wedding, the bed in the zinnia room was firm but comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Had a ceiling fan which I always sleep with, cookies down stairs. Bathroom was big and clean with a makeup removal towel. Hot water and great water pressure. Host made a great breakfast and the bacon was my favorite. Quiet and private. Much better and safer than a hotel. Very friendly, comfortable and clean. Definitely will be coming back.

Everything was good except TV was not operation friendly. Terri was a great host and breakfast was good and plentiful. Would recommend the place.

This place was very nice! Loved the flower theme and our room was very comfortable. Our hosts couldn’t have been nicer and they made a great breakfast! Staying here was a nice enhancement to our Charlevoix trip.

Excellent B&B

We highly recommend the Sunflower Inn. The owners are very organized, super hosts in our opinion. Everything was top notch, along with a beautiful home in a great location. The delicious breakfast was a great way to top off a perfect place to stay! Will definitely come again!

Everything Was Wonderful!

Perfect stay - John and Lynda are friendly, communication was great, checkin was clear and easy. The Zinnia room was lovely, and breakfast was made to order and delicious!

Two of us stayed the night in Charlevoix and checked in later than planned—this was not a problem for our hosts. They are both very friendly and accommodating and served a nice breakfast in the morning.

The perfect spot

We truly enjoyed our stay at the at The Sunflower Inn. The room was clean and comfortable — probably the best night of sleep I’ve had away from home in a long time. It was our first time staying at a B&B and it was such a treat to wake up each morning to the smell of bacon cooking. Breakfast was delicious and conversation with our hosts & the other guests was a great way to start the day. It’s a great place to stay in general, but especially great if you’re in town for a wedding at Castle Farms — only a short drive away & you don’t have to worry about getting stuck at the drawbridge. My only complaint is the room we stayed in did not have a bathroom attached, so we had to go downstairs. When we make a return visit (and we plan to!), we’ll probably book a different room.

Such a cute and inviting b&b!!!

This was our first time staying at a bed & breakfast. My husband and I stayed here for the weekend for a wedding in East Jordan. Our experience was incredible! The location was so close to everything. Our room was super cozy. The breakfast was amazing. John & Lynda were both such angels. It truthfully felt like staying with family! We will absolutely return.
