amazing beach paradise

Everything was perfect ! We appreciated the concierge services for grocery shopping and airport transportation. regular housekeeping was a nice touch too. we appreciated the accomodation of our special requests for our stay.The unit is spacious and quiet and great for a nights rest. the kitchen was well equipped, and having a washing machine was nice.the deck is where we spent most of our time, and there were plenty of games and meals enjoyed there. it was nice to flow to the pool and beach easily from the ground floor unit.

Excellent stay in Punta de Mita

The property is beautiful. It was so relaxing to have the infinity pool and hot tub right in front of the veranda 😁. The town was walking distance with wonderful restaurants. The concierge Juan Carlos was very helpful. Isabela our house cleaner was delightful, accommodating and hard working. The only complaint was the internet signal was very poor so hopefully they can fix that. I would definitely come back!

Killer views

We had a great time at the condo - the views were absolutely incredible! We were on first floor which at first I thought might be a problem but turned about being great. The place is nice and quiet.Town was about a 5 -10 minute walk and was lit the whole way.I would say our two challenges were the 2nd bedroom has an interior building view of storage area which was a bit unclear online. We ended up trading half way through so each couple could have the one with the incredible view. The other thing was on the 3rd day we got a horrific sewer smell that pretty much took over the unit. I messaged Juan and he got maintenance over there within the hour even on a Sunday. We found out it wasn’t that unit but that side of the building was having the issue. It did go away after they treated it but we covered the drains just to be safe.Overall, we loved the condo and loved just relaxing at night playing cards and listening to the waves crashing!

Paradise

Our family had an incredible time here. The staff were all so kind and genuine and the property was immaculate. It’s a short walk to tasty restaurants and fun surfing spots. We will be back.

Amazing Property

This is an amazing ground floor condo right in front of the pool. Very roomy for two couples & the kitchen is well appointed. Would absolutely stay again.

This condo was very well appointed with everything you might need for your stay including laundry/dishwashing detergent, shampoo/conditioner and hand soap. We loved cooking breakfast in the mornings and eating outside by the pool. We went into town for lunch and dinner where there were many excellent choices. We didn’t find any need to rent a car or a golf cart since everything is close by. The staff and concierge were extremely helpful.

Fabulous condo with wonderful amenities. The staff was exceptional and the location is very close to all the restaurants in Punta de Mita. Beautiful pool, with secure access to the beach.

Incredibly Peaceful

Our stay was the best! The staff at the property was extremely attentive (Clieber and Isabelle particularly stood out) and gave great insight to excellent local food. Our family loved walking out the patio, into the pool, and down a couple steps to reach the ocean. We would absolutely recommend this property- 1st class stay!

Awesome Property with an Awesome Beach

We just returned from a one week stay in Condo 103. The place is huge and we loved being able to walk directly out to the pool. The property is well maintained and exceptionally quiet. The beach is clean and very swimmable. The town is authentic. It is walkable to the shopping district with restaurants and we felt safe any time we were out and about. This was truly a very relaxing stay.

Gorgeous, well maintained condo

The condo was wonderful, we loved being right by the pool and the views of the ocean are spectacular. The town is small and sleepy but we liked that. The AC didn't work despite there being techs there daily. This made the hot, muggy nights a struggle. However, the beds were some of the most comfortable rental beds I've ever stayed in. Daily maid service was awesome, our housekeeper was sweet and THUROUGH.

Birthday Week

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Alan, our host, was very communicative and timely with everything. There was fresh home made guacamole and salsa waiting for us upon our arrival. Made by Isabelle our house keeper. Alan made sure we had candles and flashlight for hurricane Lydia Which fortunately was not too severe in Punta de Mita. The kitchen was well equiped. We appreciated having the water cooler. The infiinity pool is beautiful and well cared for. Being on the ground floor was perfect to be able to walk out to the pool. It is about a 12 minute walk into town with a few good restaurants and cafe. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic Place and Great PM

We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful condo on the beach. It's on the edge of town which makes it very quiet but still super accessible. Highly recommend getting the golf cart rental for your stay. Jesus and the entire team was phenomenal to work with and communications through text were quick and helpful. We had a few friends stay at condos in town above the Tuna Blanca and while those were nice (also managed by the same PM), they were a little busier/louder as it was right in the heart of town. My only complaint was that those friends were not allowed to use our pool/beach area and were only allowed to visit our condo for a short period, despite the pool being completely empty. As a real estate investor, I totally understand the rationale behind the decision but it was still disappointing not to be able to share this wonderful location with our other family friends. Thank you, Jesus, for everything!

Great location and lots of space

We loved this property! Being able to walk right out to the pool and beach was a real bonus. We usually had the pool area to ourselves. The walk down to surf lessons, shops, restaurants and a few shops was very convenient. It was as pictured and very clean. A water cooler was supplied too. We loved the gazebo overlooking the ocean for coffee in the mornings and drinks in the evening. The comfy patio furniture was so perfect. We enjoyed the one boogie board that was there and left another one for future visitors. :) We rented a surfboard for our daughter for two days and that was within walking distance down the beach (Stinky’s Surf School). My daughter took a lesson there and they were GREAT. The condo has plenty of space and a great kitchen with everything you need to cook (if you want to). The daily housekeeping was great (although they didn’t come on our second to last day) and the homemade guacamole and pico de gallo upon arrival was AMAZING. We met an amazing local that was fishing down on the beach and he helped us find everything we needed (trip to Hidden Island/snorkeling), fishing trip, fishing equipment to rent for the day, and a chef to cook the fish we caught. The safe wasn’t working and we were told they’d bring another and they didn’t so if that’s important to you, you might want to ask ahead of time. JC was very responsive and they were able to accommodate a bit later of a checkout to coordinate with our airport transfer that they had reserved.

Great spot for Spring Vacation!

We had a great stay at Punta Vista Signature Residence. This is a ground floor unit which was ideal for the 4 of us. Walking to town was super easy along the beach. The unit is spacious and very nice. Beach out front is very clean and great for boogie boarding and body surfing. Just down the beach towards town are surf board rentals and SUP rentals for $20 for the whole day. We ate at Naef Cafe several times and it was excellent. The staff at Blue Shrimp took great care of us as we were there often to watch the Zags. Had a great day of Zip Lining and it was an easy 10 minute drive away. Also, really enjoyed a lunch at Litibu Cafe. Incredible views and very good food. The only thing that I would let people know is that this is Mexico. Once you leave the condo, the town is a bit run down (although our understanding is that funds have been allocated to improve the road into the condo and into town.) We have been to Mexico multiple times so we know what to expect but for some this may be a deterrent. We would stay here again!

Punta de Mita Paradise

We just got back from our spring break vacation and stayed at this glorious condo. When we walked in, it had the "wow" factor for sure. The view is exceptional. I loved being on the first level with an easy walk out to the patio, the incredibly beautiful and large pool, and then the ocean just beyond. We travelled with another family who stayed in their other unit and we had so much fun in the pool and poolside. We were able to walk to some incredible restaurants either through the town, or along the beach. The beach was a bit rocky but not a problem with shoes on. We loved Si Senor as well as the Blue Shrimp right on the beach. Food and margaritas were tremendous. Some of our group golfed at Libitu and really enjoyed it, and it was only 10 minutes from the condo! Vista Paraiso was very close too, where we had an amazing zip line and drove Razors to Sayulita which was great for sightseeing. One thing we did that was so much fun was a bike and food tour with a group called Bici Bucerias. Everyone in our group loved it, and nobody left hungry. It was interesting to get off the beaten tourist path and into the areas where people really live. It was memorable for sure. Every day we had a wonderful housekeeper names Isabella. Our concierge, Luis, was always available to make a reservation, call a taxi, hire a chef for us, or stock our refrigerators as needed. All very helpful and appreciated. This trip was the perfect combination of food, friends, fun, adventure, and relaxation. You would not be disappointed renting the amazing condo, or Kerry and Mandy's other properties in this building.

Where to begin. . . .

There is NO DOUBT the owner will be responding here there is no shortage of double talk from him. The pictures make the place look like heaven but it's more like a ghost town with nothing to do and a half working Netflix TV. The NBA championship was on while I was there and I couldn't watch it. There are approximately 20 units in the building and about 70% are empty. No furniture, no people, a ghost town. The beach is full of rocks, the water isn't clear, and there are thousands of pelicans. I grew up and still live at the beach in CA, I shouldn't have left here. There are about four or five buildings like this along the beach and that's about it. Do yourself a favor and pull this location up on Google maps, it's a one horse town. It's like going back in time 40 years and moving forward 40 years in prices. So before we show up we're told by Kerry and his local caretaker Luis, that he can buy groceries for us before we arrive. I thought that was a bit weird, buy groceries for people you don't know with two kids 6 and 4? Luis sent me an email of items I could purchase. No sizes, no brands, nothing. We declined but he wrote back, "I'll get you some staples". So when we arrived there are eggs, milk, bacon, and some other goods. Fast forward. Everyday we are greeted by a cleaning lady. This lady would stay for hours meandering around, moving everything. I mean everything, I thought my wife was bad. On our second day she decided to pull the couch cushion covers off and wash them for about 4 hours. They were not dirty, and if you're going to do this, do you do it after the tenants arrive and while they are using the couch? The garage door has no remote. So every time you drive up you get the attention of the front door guy to have him open garage. As I was backing in the car I hit the garage door, my fault. I spoke to Luis and he said don't worry it's a small fix we'll have someone out tomorrow to look at it. They did, and showed me a bill for (VRBO won't let me say) but it wasn't much, I paid it. I have pictures and video's of the door, it worked fine, the bottom two aluminum panels were bent. After I got back they told me it was over 5x as much as they told me when I was there. We were told we owed an exorbitant amount for the 'staples' food we didn't ask for? I could go on and on, what's the point. I've been back now for 11 days and NONE of my security deposit has been returned
