Located in the heart of Breckenridge, Main Street Station is one of the closest properties to the QuickSilver Super Chair and the Maggie Base Area at the foot of Peak 9. On the grounds, you'll find world-class amenities that include a heated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, quick and easy parking for one vehicle in the underground garage, and a seasonal shuttle service. The property also features several restaurants, shops, and even a full-service ski and snowboard rental facility. Leave your car securely parked and stroll through downtown to find everything from coffee shops to fine dining, massages, and independent boutiques.

In the winter months, spend your days skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, dog sledding, fly fishing, or taking gondola or sleigh rides. Go ice skating at Stephen C. West Ice Arena, or find free sledding at places like Carter Park and Pavilion and Fraction Drive. The Runway sledding hill on Airport Road even offers a sled shed, where the kids can easily borrow a sled for an afternoon of fun.

Come summer, tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club, take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. Mountain bikers have access to spectacular national forest trails right in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, and there are guided whitewater rafting and horseback riding adventures to take advantage of as well. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful staff, great place

Main Street station Vacasa was the perfect place to stay in Breckenridge. It was our first time in Colorado and couldn’t have had a better experience with the rental. The room was nice, spacious, clean, and had a great view of the town. Everything was in great working order - the gas fireplace had an issue starting but staff came to fix it within an hour of telling them. Amenities were also clean and clearly maintained, including the laundry machines. Everyone on the staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient, especially Kristin. We had an unrelated issue come up with our vacation and they were accommodating to that, which was above and beyond to us. Would certainly recommend and we’ll be staying again next trip.

Disappointed

Stayed 2 nights and needed to cancel 3rd night but they wouldn’t. Plus the place is dated and no updates for how expensive it is!

Not an owner condo, it's a corporation who only cares about profit not your vacation!

We stayed in the Breck West building. The parking was easy the check in was easy and the condo was clean. The fireplace didn't function, only one burner on the stove worked, no spatula in kitchen, utensils not organized scattered throughout drawers and quality of the kitchen utensils was garbage! Kitchen table has broken leg so wobbled so bad unusable until we placed the ratan pot holder from the kitchen counter under one side. There is a hotel phone on the nightstand but it has no cord and doesn't do a thing, why? The front desk is useless besides taking your ID and providing you your keys and two pieces of paper on how to park and basic condo info with wifi access as well. If you have an issue they give you a number to Vacasa which is answered by an answering service who's basic job is to get you off the phone soon as possible with no solution. After we booked we sent an email requesting an early check in since we were traveling with a toddler. No response! We were sent an email for a late check out so we figured we would request that at check in, nope it's a limited time offer! What? Save yourself the headache go with an individual owner or a hotel this place is a rundown slumlord for profit corporate dump!

Quick Break!

My family loved this spot. We went for a quick two night stay and the location was perfect. The kids loved being able to swim in the outdoor Pool and I loved having my favorite coffee shop within a minute walk. The staff was very friendly and the room was great for the four of us.

Do not stay at this property

Warning: Do not stay at this rental. The quality is poor, it is over priced, and management is neither responsive nor empathetic. I am a business manager of a department with $96m in annual billing and a department of 300+ people. I would never run a business in this fashion and would be appalled if my company's values set the tone for my employees to behave in this manner. COVID 19 is NOT an excuse for poor communication and lack of transparency and empathy. We have made adjustments in our hospital department. If we can, why can't vacasa? 1. We booked this specifically for a hot tub, spending $600 more than comparable sites without access. The hot tub was closed, though the site made no specific reference to this, simply using the catch all phrase "some amenities may be closed due to covid 19." They took the time to make a print out of the ins and outs of amenities closed to give to us on arrival, but didn't bother uploading to their website. This suggests Vacasa cares about their revenue stream, not their patrons' experience. Had they cared more about experience and less about bookings, this would be clearly listed online. 2. They do have a web app for booking a heated pool, but the app is clunky and failed 5x while trying to use. As a result, the 20 spots available every 2h for the pool disappear in 90 seconds. Please don't expect to be able to use the pool or hot tub 3. When trying to get some financial compensation for this issue, the 1st property manager on call denied our request via an anonymous email address and did not reach out to us personally despite me asking for a verbal conversation at the front desk. On attempt 2 to resolve the issue, they still did not reach out to me personally. On attempt 3, a person clearly not a property manager named Cassandra pretended to be "pretty much the property manager," did not address my concerns, skipped around the issues, and answered "yes" when I asked if she would 1) not address my issue and 2) understood that my only recourse was to post this review which I explained in detail to her. I asked her if this complaint was worth less than my compensation and she implied it was. On attempt #4 to reach a property manager, I never received a call back. This person's name is Lindsay Flavian and she is clearly not an empathetic manager. 4. The property is subpar - something out of the 1990s and not maintained. The decor wouldn't be an issue if it were maintained or the cleaning well done. The

No pool/ no hot tub

The pool was by reservation-which I understand. The problem is that a community group books it with classes most of the day. Hot tubs aren't open at all
