Cozy and ideal for a couples getaway, this third-floor efficiency has what you will need to completely relax. In the mornings, brew up your morning coffee in the kitchenette and then sit out on the private balcony and watch the sound wake up. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. You will also enjoy access to the Pirates' Bay complex pool, private, bayfront beach, as well as a shared grilling and picnic area for fun, dockside cookouts.

The white, sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are located just a short drive from this home, and public beach access over on Okaloosa Island offers free parking. The historic town of Fort Walton Beach is just a couple miles from this property and boasts unique shops and plenty of restaurants.

Everything was great!! Only one problem I think the bottom sheet was stained or dirty I didn't notice up till the last night of my stay . Still a great place to stay

Nice studio condo

Perfect size for my wife and I with our 3&1 year olds. No waste space, the large counter in bathroom was perfect for diaper changing. We brought our boat, dock slip was perfect, enough room in parking lot to turnaround and park trailer. Will be back!

View and room is fine but most of our towels were dirty and the sheets/pillow cases smelled. Most of our outlets didn’t work and nobody got back to me after saying a worker would get in contact with me about the cleanliness.

good room -need more storage shelfs

Overall room is good .Nice floors and bath countertop. Tv- stand totally useless ( take too much space).No storage to put luggage, some lighting fixture was not working.Shower head need better secure ( it loose at the wall ). .

Incredibly expensive for such poor accommodations

The price of this unit was hiked up, presumably due to the Pensacola airshow, so we unfortunately paid a fortune to stay at a very mediocre to poor place. We knew it was an efficiency, so we were prepared for small, but it was an uncomfortable night since the sleeper sofa did not have a blanket/comforter, only a sheet, and not enough pillowcases for the pillows. The TV said "no signal" when we tried to watch and then proceeded to strangely beep all night. We couldn't open the door to the balcony upon many tries, then finally got it open too late to enjoy it. The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke, and the clothes in our suitcases still smell.

Nice condo, but no usable beach

The condo was small, but very cute and clean. The "beach", on the other hand, has not been tended to in years and is definitely not usable. We also could not get the TV to work, but no big deal. The balcony and the pool were very nice!

Ughh!!!!

I’ve booked thru vacasa at this same location twice within the last year. This time was terrible. Not sure if I’ll be back this summer to stay at this location. I’m VERY disappointed.

Sunset haven

We stayed in building B and the view of the sunsets off Pirates Bay are spectacular.The night time is also a beauty with the light of the piers making reflection on the bay.This is the perfect spot night and day to see what beauty surround everyone.

Horrible Experience!

Our experience started off poor due to delayed check in. We were told the condo was ready to check in at 4pm, and were given our code. We walked into the condo to see it had not been cleaned. We quickly received a follow-up text stating there had been a mixup, and our room would be ready in 45mins. As we are waiting in the parking lot, the cleaning lady arrives with a lit cigarette in her mouth while holding our unwrapped/clean towels... Two hours later, we are able to check in at 6pm. We walk in to see towel left from previous guest on back of door..... AND a roach crawling down the wall!! Our communication had been great with the office up until this point. Yes, there had been a delay check in, but we were very impressed with the constant time updates they were providing via text and their offer to refund our cleaning fee. However, that quickly changed as soon as I brought the bug situation to their attention and could not get a response for remediation. We then called their CS call center, but never received a return call from the manager on duty as promised. We waited until 9pm in hopes they would help us relocate to another property or help make the situation right in someway, but finally had to book a hotel room for the night. The next morning, the office returned my texts with a response of, “we are completely booked”. It’s now going on 4 days later, and I’m still trying to get my money back for this horrible experience.....
