A great location at the top of the village, which was only a few minutes walk down steep paths. Stunning views are to be seen from the very large terrace, which has a few trees for much needed shade.The property itself was full of character, very comfortable, clean, and very spacious. The very private pool was particularly welcome at the end of a hot day.We liked the personal touch whereby the owner met us on arrival.

Turenne

A lovely place in a beautiful village. Accommodation was all that we expected. A pretty village to walk round which kept us fit. Lovely views all round and a good centre for exploring the surrounding countryside and villages. Didn’t seem as busy as the Dordogne so meandering around was rather pleasant. A warm welcome from Jérémy , thank you.

Turenne

The property was slightly smaller than we had gathered from the photos. This would have been ok if the weather had been better and we could have utilised the outside space more. Its such a shame the downstairs bedroom does not have a toilet. Overall we enjoyed our stay and Jeremybwas very helpful. Turenne is beautiful and we had a lovely meal in the square.

One of a Kind

Small car recommended - drive up the hill gets quite narrow, but easy to find with directions. House is cute and functional, nice downstairs bedroom but we opted for upstairs to be closer to bathroom. Kitchen is small but servicable, we cooked great meals with produce from local markets. The outside patio and pool area are the real gems of Jeremy’s place. Stunning views, spacious pool deck with beautiful clear water, a private paradise just behind a medieval castle in a charming picturesque town. For the price, one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Can’t wait to return!

Excellent stay in nicest village in France

When we arrived in Turenne, we drove up the hill to the castle. Jeremy awaited us, and showed the way to the house. When you enter the red door, a surprise is revealed: the most beautiful view you can imagine. The wide terrace has a round seating area, a dining table with coloured lights and a pool with outdoor furniture to relax. The house itself is small but it has enough space for at least four people. The kitchen holds all the equipment you’ll nee, including a Nespresso coffee maker. With two bathrooms you’ll never have to fight who’s turn it is to take a shower. The downstairs bedroom is like sleeping in a wine cellar . Very cosy. The only downside is when you need to go to the toilet at night. Especially when it rains. You have to go upstairs via the outdoor staircase. We have had an amazing week and Jeremy is super helpful. The town of Turenne is one of Frances nicest villages. You definitely need to have diner at the bistro. I will surely go back to this area and stay here.

5 étoiles pour cette agréable maison typique dans un cadre reposant et calme au coeur d'une région magnifique. Petit déjeuner et dîner pris sur la vaste terrasse arborée avec un panorama vraiment exceptionnel. Piscine très appréciée par temps de canicule. Déconnexion totale. Accueil très sympathique de Jérémy et de sa charmante épouse.

Séjour inoubliable

Je voulais un point de chute dans cette superbe région pour la faire découvrir à mes enfants. La vue est exceptionnelle, d'un côté, vue sur la tour du chateau et de l'autre la vallée avec un beau coucher de soleil tous les soirs, il n'y a pas de vis-à-vis et c'est très calme. Cette location est simplement géniale, tout le monde a été ravi. C'est un bel endroit pour décompresser, nous y retournerons certainement. Exceptionnel

Propriétaires très sympathiques et accueillant(es), cadre sublime au cœur d'un village médiéval de Corrèze. Pour personnes en bonne santé, car village perché, petit parking à 250m ou dans le bas du village. La location avec piscine privative a une vue incroyable sur le .vallon.

un site exceptionnel

Situé dans un site exceptionnel avec une vue magnifique au pied du château de Turenne au coeur d'une magnifique région. Jardin très agréable au calme et piscine appréciée +++ par temps de canicule. Propriétaires aimables et disponibles. L'équipement un peu vieillissant de la maison (clim, mobilier de jardin et de salle à manger) mérite d'être progressivement remplacé pour permettre d'attribuer 5 étoiles à ce beau gîte.

Superbe séjour, calme et de très jolies vues, avec beaucoup de lieux à visiter à proximité. La piscine est un atout essentiel pendant les grandes chaleurs avec sa grande terrasse. Je recommande cette location.

Très chouette location

Nous avons trouvé cette location très sympa, quel bonheur de piquer une petite tête dans la piscine après le petit déjeuner ou à l'heure de l'apéro après avoir visité les jolis villages aux alentour de Turenne ! La vue de la terrasse est splendide et le cadre est calme et reposant. Jérémy est très accueillant, disponible et à l'écoute. Nous recommandons ! Marie et Nico

Séjour très agréable

Situation et vue exceptionnelle, maison pleine de charme et agréable avec sa super piscine. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et sympathiques. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une région qui mérite d'être découverte.
