Hot tub was all ready when we got there after a full day of hiking. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Everything you would need was available. Appreciated that our host was always quick to respond to our questions. Even got to see some deer that walked through the yard at dusk. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay near Rocky Mountain National Park. We thought house was more in the mountains but was in a quite neighborhood with Elk everywhere. We all had a great experience.

A wonderful property and a wonderful location. The house was very clean and the different levels with living areas worked well with our multigenerational family. The best part of our stay was the wildlife! We saw deer, baby deers, elk, baby elk and wild turkeys, all while sitting on our deck! Incredible stay and I would highly recommend this home.

We were completely satisfied with the property. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood.

The advertising pictures tell a good story without exaggeration. A very nice kitchen with a very large dining table that easily seats 10 people. Beautiful and very comfortable. My wife and I are getting older and not fond of too many stairs. So, my only warning is that there are no bedrooms on the main/entry floor. The master is upstairs as is another and there are two bedrooms downstairs from the main entry floor. Depending on the time of year, especially in September, be aware that this property is visited by Turkeys, Deer and Elk. We saw many of each in the yard as well as the surrounding properties, in town and in Rocky Mountain National Park.This home has air-conditioning!?? Not the norm for mountain homes due to the elevation and lack of humidity. I had to shut it off immediately and not turn it back on. Opening the windows for the sweet smell of pine and the cool breezes are all my family asks for or requires.A second family room, a game room, an outdoor hot tub, a large elevated deck and shelves stocked with games make for a very fun home as well as quiet areas for those that prefer it.We go to Estes Park every year for the Scottish Highland Festival and have stayed at several impressive homes. This is on the top of our list because of the home itself and its location in town, being only 1 mile from the Fairgrounds entrance, and within easy access to downtown.

RMNP Trip

Sara was fantastic to work with and incredibly helpful. The house was spotless, beds were comfortable, and they had plenty of amenities available. The location is an easy drive to RMNP. We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future!

Beautiful, spacious and well equipped home.

Excellent location close to Main Ave of Estes Park. Very nicely equipped kitchen with plenty of glasses, plates,cups decent knives. They have provided pretty much everything that you may need, Beautiful home, very comfortable with nice outdoor space and excellent hot tub too!

Mountain Home with all the modern comforts

We came as large family: Grandparents, Adult kids, Grandchildren. Large, comfortable home with floor to ceiling windows showing views of the woods and mountains. Elk and deer came through yard as we sat on upper balcony. Neighborhood nice and safe for morning and evening walks. Would recommend.

Elk Galore & great location

This property has all the amenities & great location to all the events going on in Estes Park. We spent a full afternoon with Elk within 20 feet of us in the backyard. The house had excellent space in seperating all families. The hot tub was very relaxing.

The Gathering Place…a wonderful family getaway by all!!!

Our family of 7 adults and an infant enjoyed our stay in this lovely home nestled in the pines with deer and birds to our delight! Convenient to Parks

Here with friends for 3 days of fly fishing. Very convenient to good rivers and downtown Estes Park. The house was very spacious and set up for groups having their own space on different floors. Owners have the place well equipped and comfortable. They clearly take pride in creating a wonderful environment.
