This modern yet rustic cabin renovated with care and creativity by the owner offers 2 Bedrooms with plenty of sleeping space. One bedroom has queen sized bed. Second bedroom has bunk with double below and twin on top as well as a fold down futon. Living room also has fold down futon. TV in living room with Roku so you can sign into your own Netflix. Hulu, ect. Wifi available. We provide 2 rolls of TP and roll of paper towels as well as dishes, linens, towels, ect
Cottage sits on 1/2 acre lot so plenty of room to hang out at the firepit, bbq, Swim, boating and more
Use one of our kayak, rowboat, or paddleboat To catch some panfish, northern, bass, and more

The cabin was a perfect size for two adults and 2 dogs. It has a nice size deck that overlooks the lake, while trees provide shade much of the day. Great star gazing from the deck later in the evening. The neighbors were very quiet and we were removed enough from them on both sides to feel enough privacy. The Wi-Fi worked great. In the surrounding area there were some dead spots but while we were on the property it was good. There is a nice supper club called the Two Lakes Supper Club about 10 minutes away. All in all, everything was exactly as described in the listing, and exactly what we were hoping for. We'll be pleased to go here again the next time we are traveling to this area.

Very autentic an cozy house

We stayed in the cabin for 4 days and thoroughly enjoyed its authentic atmosphere. The cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great—peaceful and quiet, and very close to the lake. We especially enjoyed using the kayak and pedal boat. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would gladly recommend it!

Great getaway vacation

We came up from Kansas City and stayed Sunday to Saturday. Everything we needed for our vacation! The bed was comfortable, the AC and heat worked great. When we wanted to watch the Royals post season game, we grabbed our laptop and watched out at the campfire. Wifi Signal was great. Did some fishing. The lake was nice and calm. Our hosts were great communicating information prior to arriving. If we come back to that area we will definitely check availability for this. Thanks again for a wonderful week!

Lovely weekend getaway

We had a lovely time at the cabin! It was clean and comfortable and charming. It was a real treat to have a kayak, rowboat and paddle boat at our disposal. We would recommend.

Great getaway for spring break with the kids

Perfect size for our little family and a nice location on Long Lake. Had a fire going in the firepit and some good music on the bluetooth. Great place to relax on a holiday.

Great Lakefront Cabin

Very clean and well maintained cabin. Nice location with beach and fire pit outside. It was late fall so did not go on the water but the clean clear water lake would be nice in summer. Close to town for restaurants, especially a great bowling alley with awesome pizza. Would recommend for a nice quiet place to stay and especially for a summer lake vacation.

Great getaway

We had a wonderful stay at long lake escape! everything you could need was there to make a fun getaway experience. located right on the water and just a short ways from town and many hiking trails, this is the spot to stay! would definitely book again!

Great spot and amenities

This cabin was well equipped and spacious. The lake was clean. The kayak was awesome to have. Overall a great vacation spot.

A perfect stay!

It was our second time(only this time my sister’s family joined us) at this place. Everything was great. Excellent fishing. Everyone enjoyed this trip. Even my 16 years old nephew spent more time outdoors than in front of a screen. And this place dog friendly. Our dog is a perfect fishing companion, he likes this place. We will be back again for sure.

Nice cabin with a great deck and close to the lake

This cabin was peaceful, quiet and has a great deck area to enjoy the nice weather. It could use a few more items in the kitchen as there was no pizza pan/cutter, strainer and very few utensils. Otherwise everything was great. Communication was excellent with the owners and they even let us use their crockpot. Overall we had a great time and appreciated the getaway.

Great fishing

Enjoyed sitting on the nice deck and kayaking and fishing in the lake. The kids really enjoyed swimming next to the dock and the fishing was great.
