Natural gas 6-person hot tub may take up to 45 minutes to heat depending on outside temps. If you plan on using please ensure you inform us to turn it on and leave enough time for it to heat prior to arrival. *Extra fee for heating!

★POOL★
The pool is no deeper than 5 feet (considered a play pool) and was recently redone in pebble tech. There is a beautiful waterfall feature that is available to guests free of charge. *Extra fee for heating!

★ PET FRIENDLY★
All pets require Pre-Approval; and $60/pet. It is expected no "traces" left behind, or the owner will be charged additional fees on top of the $60 pet fee.

★ PELOTON BIKE★
Use at your own risk!
Must be 16+ years of age to use. Please wipe down/clean after each use. Disinfecting wipes/material provided nearby.

Stonehaven - Another Great Stay

Another stay at Stonehaven for a group of four golfers to use as our home away from home in the Valley of the Sun. The house is very comfortable and spacious - having four separate bedrooms is excellent. We only used the hot tub, but backyard is very nice to relax in. Communcation with the homeowner is excellent - very responsive. The only issue for us is that since last year when we rented there is no cable so no ]live TV' - only streaming. We are big hockey fans so needed ESPN, TBS, and other non-streaming channels that we were unable to add. Would stay again.

Perfect Getaway

We came in from San Diego for our niece's graduation. We had in and out if town family, so the home was perfect for having everyone in the same place. Check in process was seamless and the place is super clean. Once we were settled We had a few questions, and if the home guide book couldn't answer them, Gina was super communicative! It was warm (for us) but the pool was sparkling and quite refreshing. I was in it by 10am every day.... cocktail in hand (hey, I was on vacation! ) Would definitely stay here again!

Stonehaven - Great Stay

We are four guys who have been coming to the Scottsdale area for about 20 years for a week of golf. The Stonehaven property was just perfect for us - quiet neighborhood in a convenient location for heading out to courses in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area, close to restaurants/bars, grocery stores, shopping, etc. Having a house with four bedrooms was huge for us so we did not have to share a room. We did not take full advantage of all that the house offered, but we appreciated that towels, soaps/shampoo/paper towels/toilet paper was all provided! We did use the hot tub/spa for our golf backs and enjoyed sitting outside at night having a cold beverage or two. The pictures are really what you will find (no funny camera angles!). We had zero issues, but general inquiries were quickly answered by Gina. We are planning our 2023 trip and would definitely return and would recommend to friends.

Best golf trip house ever!

The house was great and just as advertised. Immaculate with plenty of info and labels that work great for vacationers. Very comfortable and plenty living area for hanging out inside or out by the pool. Great location to access all the courses with restaurants galore within 15 mins. Highly recommend for any family getaway and perfect for our golf trip. Gina was super responsive and our communication couldn’t have been better. It’ll be our go-to for the next trip to Scottsdale.

Excellent property for a family

The house is perfect for a family of 5 or more. Very clean and great location. Host was excellent with communication. The pool is large but I recommend heating it, at least in March.
