The Geneva House was just updated and is a place that families and friends will truly enjoy. The kitchen is a chefs dream while the living room is huge with a great view of the gold course. The basement will entertain your group for hours with a State of the Art Theater Room (4K TV and ATMOS), Pool Table, Steam Room, Fooz Ball Table, Pinball Machine, Pro Air Hockey Table, Steam Room and Hot Tub.

Luxurious Home that was just updated with a new kitchen. The house sits on the 2nd hole of aan 18 hole golf course. Were a short 5-minute drive to downtown Geneva and a 55 minute Metra train ride to Chicago.
The house has an oversized kitchen and living room. The kitchen is brand new and has a beautifully unique one-of-a-kind Porcelain Countertop. The house also has Piano room with a Baby Grand Piano. The office is decorated uniquely as an Industrial Office. There are four bedrooms. Two of them have king beds and the other two have queen beds. We also have a blow-up bed that can be set up in the basement where the fourth full bathroom is located.
Amenities include a hot tub for 6, Steam Room, Theater Room, Weight Room , a Beautiful Bar and a Large Game Room.
Master bedroom has a convenient remote control to lift the head/foot as well as a massager.
Living Room - Chair Massager
Kitchen - Double oven, dishwasher and over sized refrigerator
Recreation room - 8 foot pool table, tournament air hockey table, foosball table and a pinball machine.
Gym - Includes a Peloton Bike, smith system for weights, Precor FTS Glide Functional Training System, Precor EFX Eliptical System and Bowflex Adjustable Dumbbells
Steam Room - Enough room for three
Theater Room - Atmos 9.1 theater room with Sony 4K picture. This theater has the latest and greatest sound and picture. You have access to download movies, Netflix, Showtime, HBO and Apple plus.
Deck - High end hot tub with lights and a gas drill. Seating on the deck for 10
Everything is accessible to guests except the Garage.
You will have access to my adult children who live close by and/or myself. We live down the street and will be available when needed. We will meet you at my home for a tour of the house and instruction on how to utilize the amenities. We will also meet you at the end of your stay for a final walkthrough.
The subdivision is a master planned community which has two public 18 hole golf courses (One currently opened), its own shops, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, jogging trails and a recreation center with a gym and weight room.
The Metra train station is 5 minutes away which can get you to Chicago in 45 minutes. Restaurants and downtown Geneva are also a short five-minute drive. The downtown has many boutiques and restaurants with indoor and street seating as well as live music.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement of 30 years old to rent the Geneva home. The only exception is if it's a family. The renter must be present during the rental period.

The following questions must be answered by all guests when booking a reservation

(1) What brings you to Geneva, IL

(2) How do you plan to spend your time during your visit?

(3) Please confirm that you have read the house rules (see below) and will follow them. If you have any questions or want clarification of house rules then please ask.

(4) Total number of people staying in the home and visiting during the day/evening

(5) What are the full names/City/State for all those on the reservation to include yourself?


House Rules/Guidelines: These rules are in place out of respect for the neighborhood, neighbors and local ordinances.

1) Absolutely no parties or events allowed. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and loss of all funds paid for the entire stay. This policy is not flexible.
2). Pre-approved pets are allowed (Maximum 1). The additional cost is $50 per day for a dog. Dogs need to be crated when not supervised. We have a crate that you're welcome to use. Cats are not allowed due to owner allergies.
3) All cars are to be parked in the driveway.
4) The house is to be left in the same condition as received. Prior to leaving all garbage will be disposed in the garbage cans and dishes washed in the dishwasher and returned to the cabinets.
5) For the comfort of all residents in our neighborhood, no noise audible outside the house after 9:00 PM and before 8:00 AM. The Hot Tub cannot be used after 9:00 PM. We have a strict policy of no additional guests/visitors on the premises other than the pre-approved number during booking process. Any guests/visitors over the pre-approved amount will be charged $100 per person per day and/or the stay will end immediately and forfeit all fees paid for the entire stay.
6). Smoking is forbidden in the house. Any violation of the smoking rules will require guests to pay a $500 fee for special cleaning and eradication of the smell.
7) There are video camera's outside the house which are to remain enabled for the security of the property and guests.
8) Guests are 100% responsible for any damage to the house or amenities. You will receive a tour of the home and verify everything is in working order. If anything is not working then it will be noted.
9) A copy of your ID is required upon check-in. A guest list and contact info is to be provided when booking a reservation. The guests/visitors are the only ones permitted on the property. Any changes to the guest list should be communicated via Airbnb email not to exceed the approved number of guests/visitors at booking.
10) No Drugs (to include marijuana) or excessive drinking is allowed on the property. Any violation will end the stay immediately.
We meet all guests at the beginning of there stay to give a tour of the house and instruction on use of the amenities.
We truly want all guests to enjoy the house but also please understand that we are very strict on the number of guests out of respect for the neighbors and wear and tear on the house. We are also very strict with not allowing parties or events (weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc.). If you have any inclination to have an event then please ask otherwise strictly prohibited.
