The Dame de Coeur apartment is a spacious apartment, located in the historic district of Rennes, hyper-centered and yet, quiet! Recently renovated having kept all the cachet of the old, it has 3 bedrooms and 4 beds, and can comfortably accommodate 6 travelers.

The accommodation, with an area of ​​90m2, on the 1st floor without elevator, is arranged as follows:
- a large living room with television and dining table
- a fully equipped kitchen with traditional oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, induction hob and dishwasher
- a bathroom with walk-in shower (separate toilet)
- three bedrooms, 2 with a 160cm wide bed and another with two single beds
- a laundry room with washing machine

By staying at Dame de Coeur, you are in the historic center of Rennes: cobbled streets, half-timbered houses, Saint-Pierre cathedral, rue de la Monnaie, rue du Chapitre, Hotel de Ville, place des Lices (with its Saturday market morning), Place Sainte-Anne, Place du Parlement de Bretagne. The oldest house in Rennes is right next to the apartment. Perfectly renovated and maintained, the area is very pleasant and close to all shops, restaurants and bars, concert halls (opera, TNB, Liberté ...).

Buses and metro are a 5 minute walk away (République or Sainte-Anne station).
Star bike station 3 minutes away (place des Lices).
Paying public car park: Les Lices car park. 25 euros per week (go to the caretaker with the parking ticket and exchange for a weekly subscription).

Rennes SNCF train station is accessible in less than 15 minutes by metro (2 stations).
Rennes-Saint Jacques Airport is accessible by bus from République Station.

Bed linen and towels (hotel quality 4/5 stars) are provided, your bed will be made on your arrival. All you have to do is put your suitcases down!
