Loft suited for 4 guests, located at Jobos Beach, Isabela Puerto Rico. I'm a traveler myself and I enjoy staying at nice and clean places. That's what I like to give back to my guests. This place is immaculate, the beds are super comfortable and the location within the complex is just perfect, offering the best view of the green areas, swimming pool and the beach. Lots of adventures wait for you and your loved ones in this little piece of heaven on earth.

The property is located in the North West part of Puerto Rico. This area have little traffic, it is quiet and safe. There are people from the US living in the community and most of the residents of this area speak fluent English. There are restaurants and bars on a walking distance to property. For anything else we recommend a rental car. This is a small Island and it is easy to get around.

Haudimar beach apartmeny

The location was good as it is close .5 miles from Jobo beach and many restaurants. The beds were comfortable and shower is spacious.Parking and security is very good. The kitchen has all that is necessary and in working order. The washer and dryer is efficient and good. The television doesn’t have cable in order to see local programs, news, etc. but had some working apps like Netflix. The outdoor terrace sofa furniture was dirty and full of water which made it nonfunctional and couldn’t be used. The swings shown I was informed by the owner that it had safety issues so wasn’t useful and we couldn’t use at all. Closets weren’t available except for a metal wire stand in the bathroom. The one time that I tried the wifi for the iPad it didn’t work and informed that no internet connection was available. Which I didn’t try again as my phone had internet connection from my server.

Very Pleased

The giant patio was a great place to see the waves crash every morning while drinking our coffee and again while winding down for the evening.The room had everything we needed, allowing us to cook a couple of meals when we didn't go out to eat.The beach is nice for strolls on the sand but don't expect to go into the water, the beach is riddled with lava rocks.You can take a drive to Jobo beach (less that a mile) or walk there via the beach line. Though, we mostly went to the beaches I went to as a child: the Crash Boat and Borincan beach, both are about 15 mins away.It was a great getaway and we would rent this place again!

Great Rental

Property is great and as described. Host was awesome with communication prior to check-in and during stay. Only things keeping this from a 5 star would be better and more pillows for beds and the washer/dryer could be in better shape. Would recommend this for the Isabella area.

Great base for surfing in the area

I stayed here for a few days by myself, working for part of the day and surfing nearby waves the rest of the time. Then I spent a full week here with a friend just surfing from this location at several local surf spots. All went well. It was a bit tricky to get our 9 foot longboards up the stairs, but we figured it out. We were able to cook basic meals in the apartment and loved the balcony area for hanging out in the mornings and evenings. I met the host once or twice in the parking lot and she introduced herself and was very nice. The internet was high quality and having an assigned parking spot was nice. The apartment itself is well-appointed and quite beautiful. The AC is effective. The gate staff were kind and helpful. Overall, I would recommend this place and intend to return next fall for another surf junket.

Cancelled after we landed

We received an email that they canceled our reservation. We had already landed in Puerto Rico. They could have called but just left us without anywhere to stay. Heartless owner.

Beachfront Paradise

The beachfront condo was absolutely beautiful. It was cozy and very clean. My friend and I (2 females) traveling alone felt very safe at the condo. The terrace was stunning and we spent a lot of time out there looking towards the beautiful water. We enjoyed our vacation🏝️ Thank you for sharing your little piece of pardise with us.

We stayed in this location May, 2024 loved the location, great pool and food carts right outside the complex. The beach is not for swimming, too many rocks and sea urchins BUT the best beach (jobos) it’s at walking distance with a ton of options to dine. It was just my husband and I but it looked great for families.

Beach vacation

We fully enjoyed our stay the condo was clean and the host was very courteous. The condo offers a large balcony that was great for hanging out at night. We will definitely be staying again next year.

Excellent Location

Short walk from our apartment to the beach and from there about a half mile more to Jobos beach. Clean, quiet and secure location. Beautiful balcony under a starry sky. What is there not to love?

OK for a short stay

The unit was clean, modern, a wonderful view of the ocean located near a grocery store and restaurants and very calm condo complex and secure. On the other hand, if you plan to stay for a week or more, there is no real dedicated space to put your things so you can't unpack your luggage or put your grocery if you make one.The outside table that you see on the pictures is no longer there just the 4 chairs so you have to eat sitting on 2 stools and eat on a small piece of furniture next to the refrigerator. If there is 4 persons in the unit I'mnot sure were the other 2 are supposed to eat. So we had to leave our luggage open on the second bed and grab our clothes from there.So plan a 3 days stay for 2 persons and eat out for the most part and you wiil be OK

We enjoyed the condo. The view and balcony was the best part. Lots of room outside. Walked on the beach, played some basketball. Pool was a little chilly, but clean. I would recommend a luggage rack or two. Would stay again.

A Dreamy Retreat in Puerto Rico's Paradise

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO property in Puerto Rico, and it exceeded our expectations. Our time here was magical, making it the perfect backdrop for our romantic getaway. First and foremost, the property itself is a hidden gem. Tucked away in a quiet and well-maintained area, it provided the ideal setting for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The convenience of having a pool and a private beach right on the property allowed us to unwind in style, with stunning views all around. One of the standout features of this rental is its strategic location. Being close to a gas station proved incredibly handy for quick provisions, ensuring we were always stocked up on refreshing drinks and tasty snacks. And, oh, the food truck parking lot right next door turned out to be a delightful surprise! We started our mornings with an amazing acai bowl from one of the trucks – a perfect way to kickstart our day. The balcony, adorned with charming egg-shaped swings, became our favorite spot to take in the breathtaking views. Whether sipping on a morning coffee or sharing a quiet evening together, the ambiance was simply enchanting. The proximity to Jobos Beach was the cherry on top; we loved the convenience of being so close to the shore and taking advantage of the nearby attractions. In summary, this VRBO property is a true haven for those seeking a blend of tranquility, convenience, and natural beauty. We will be back soon!
