Azure 202 is truly a sight to see! This expansive second-floor condo has every amenity needed for a picture-perfect beach vacation. Enjoy a 65-inch Sony HDR 4K television, premium patio furniture, new gorgeous tile throughout, along with a direct gulf-front view over the private grassy area. Updated appliances in the kitchen, including a Keurig coffee machine and a crock-pot, allow you to enjoy your morning coffee with ease and create your favorite slow-cooked meal. King and queen pillow top mattresses adorn the beds, for ultimate comfort and relaxation throughout your stay. With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in two guest bedrooms, and two twin-size beds in the additional guest bedroom, Azure 202 accommodates up to eight guests comfortably. This vibrant, upscale condo offers you all the comforts of a true home away from home. Upon entering, you will find two guest bedrooms on either side of the entrance. The guest bedroom on the right includes a queen-size bed and leads into its own private guest bathroom, offering a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom on the left offers two twin-size beds, a large flat-screen television and DVD player and immediate access to the guest bathroom. The secondary bedroom has a queen size bed (with pillow top mattress) and a private bath. The third bedroom offers 2 twin size beds and shares a bathroom with the den which offers a queen size bed. The fully-equipped kitchen includes all-new appliances and utensils needed to prepare a home-cooked meal. Stunning granite countertops, upscale stainless-steel appliances, along with a beautifully-tiled backsplash await you in the spacious kitchen.

Excellent... Our first

All was excellent.Would add extra blankets for chilli nights.My wife's favorite part was the kitchen. She did wish there was mixing bowls and serving bowls. We love our family dinners. Would come again.

Great location,awesome view, condo, perfect size for 4!adult women Did like communication via text between the property management company a couple of cons. The refrigerator hot, leaking water It was hot. The change filter light was also on.Lastly, no mentioned in property description about bringing own bathroom paper once roll USVA having additional toilet

Excellent Stay!

This condo is conveniently located, has great views and is well appointed. Our family had everything we needed. We have been to Azure a few times and would stay here again.

Nice short stay

Condo on 2nd floor. Was concerned that view from 2nd floor of beach would be limited but don’t worry, it’s great. You can see all the beach, shore line and in February great sunsets. 4 bedrooms,. One is just big enough for the bed and has a pocket door, others are fine. Kitchen and living area as advertised., Nice, seemingly new deck furntiture. Only suggestion would be to add an arm chair in living area near sliders. Currently everyone has to sit together on sectional

Fort Walton Vacation

This place is an excellent place to stay and I gave it a 5 start review. Everything was clean. If you like sleeping with heavier blankets or comforter be sure to be bring a blanket. The beads have very thin blankets.

Fall break family vacation

Nice place with a beautiful view! 4 bedrooms accomodated our family of 8 perfectly. Amenities included were nice, especially the beach service. The balcony furniture was a nice touch to have coffee in the morning and eat lunch. Restaurants and putt putt golf were right across the street and Publix right down the street. It could stand a deep cleaning of the floors and living room furniture. The dryer took a long time to dry and I think it just needs to be cleaned out really good.

Perfect Location/Views

This place was the perfect location and the balcony had beautiful views with plenty of space for all 4 of us to sit out and enjoy. The only reason I did not give it a 5 rating is because the floors were not clean. We dropped some water and upon wiping it up, the paper towel was almost black. The only other issue we had was the rug in the living room is in bad need of replacing. That said, overall, the place was very nice, the staff very attentive to our needs and yes, I would recommend it

Azure 202

The weather was perfect! The condo was well stocked with everything you needed. However, we fought ants all week in the kitchen ,the dishwasher didn’t work, and the water in the refrigeator and ice was not working. Vacasa sent someone to look at them and the dishwasher was repaired on Friday before we left on Saturday. They also offered to spray for the ants but we had our small grandchildren with us and chose not to. I hope they will look into this before the next family arrives

Beautiful Beach Vacay

We have been coming to visit this part of the state for the past 15 years. This was hands down one of the nicest condos and buildings we have stayed in. Very clean, well stocked, facilities are well maintained, and communication for questions was great! This particular unit did mean we had a longer walk to the beach, which was no problem for us, but for my disabled mom it was a challenge. Waiting in line for an umbrella was my only complaint. I have never had to do that anywhere else…. Just go sit and they came by and got our info and tagged them. I’m sure it saves the business a lot of work but the guest experience suffers for sure. Standing in line for an hour every morning was not fun. Next time I’ll bring my own chairs, but I’d still stay here again for sure.

Very Clean, Nice & Easy Beach Access

This condo was very clean and had all we needed. The 4th bedroom is really more of a large closet, with no window and just a pocket door, which was not obvious from the pictures. That was a disappointment. The living space was really tight for our 8 people. We had trouble with two toilets at two different times but my husband was able to fix them. The balcony was lovely -- what a view! And the furniture out there was very nice. The property itself is also very nice, as were all of the employees we encountered. It was super crowded when we where there (July) but it worked out. The two pools are beautiful and so fun, however they were extremely warm like bath water and kind of yuk to be in. It was a very hot week, so I understand but there seemed to be no cold inflow of water the whole week. The splash pad had cool water and the kids loved that (and the pool, even warm). Access to the beach is amazingly easy -- a ramp instead of steps and very close. The included chairs/umbrella set-up was a great perq! We would recommend this place highly, although won't go back in July. Thanks so much!

Comfortable and great view

This condo was everything we needed. The view of the ocean was incredible. Sitting on the balcony in the morning with my cup of coffee was very serene. All five of us had plenty of space to relax. The kids loved the pool and splash area. The condo, building, and pool were very clean and well kept. Parking area was spacious and convenient.

Room 202 at Azure was good.

The instructions for gaining access to parking and the condo could have been more clear. The pass code was numbers but didn't realize you needed the pound sign. Condo access was not smooth but was resolved rather quickly by Forrest. The floors needed a little work. After walking across the floor my feet were dirty on the bottom but not a significant issue. Liked that the property manager checked on us a couple of times. The sliding door lock to the balcony from the living room did not work but was compensated by the wooden board. The refrigerator ice maker made very little ice and the water from the refrigerator came out extremely slow. The journal was a nice touch. Overall very satisfied with the accommodations and would definitely consider a return trip.

Comfy Condo

Great location and view

Great view of the ocean, a little old in regards to plumbing and such but the kitchen is updated and has enough room for food prep. Only complaint is the really poor onsite management team. They did not reply to my email or texts during their 0800-1600 time and no one answered the local number no matter how long I let it ring. It took calling the national number to get anyone to respond about an actively leaking water line from the wall. We were good to mitigate damage but we had to wash the towels ourselves, no replacements were offered. Overall a great place to stay IF you don’t have any issues.
