The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a sectional with queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a full bath located off the main hallway near the bunk alcove. The primary bedroom features a king bed, sliding patio doors that lead to balcony, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, sliding patio doors leading to balcony, TV, and DVD player. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, private bath, TV, and DVD player. There is a separate laundry room equipped with a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
