This beautiful Gulf-view condo is located on the third floor and is painted in a beautiful yellow. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The main bathroom includes a bathtub and a double sink. The second bathroom has a tub and single sink. The main bedroom features all white furniture and unique palm tree accents. The living room's decor is in yellow and blue tones. Guests can enjoy a CD stereo system and a private washer and dryer. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort, but please bring your own beach/pool towels. The balcony is spacious and overlooks the pool area and the Gulf of Mexico.

PERFECT unit, gross pool.

The beds were VERY comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with plenty of towels. The kitchen was very well stocked- just be sure to bring coffee filters. You can't ask for a better location. Absolutely beautiful.

Wonderful Property Steps to the Beach

The condo was updated, nice, clean, decorated with a cute beach theme. We loved the location, the two chairs on the beach, the view of the ocean from the balcony, and the closeness to the elevator and beach. We would totally stay again.

Needs updaing

The closeness of the beach & sitting on the patio watching the sunsets. The sunsets & sunrises were absolutely breathtaking. The condo is definitely overpriced.

Beach vacation

The condo was amazing and had everything we needed for our stay. Parking was always available. The pool and beach were never overcrowded. The borrow bin is a fabulous idea and we even left our float in it for others to enjoy. *** with the beach service was amazing. I can’t wait to come back and stay here!

This is a must rent condo!

Perfect location on third floor. Great views of the pool and ocean. Looks to be newly decorated. All furniture looked brand new. Very very clean when we arrived! Extra towels and washcloths. Loved that! Might replace the big frying pan in the kitchen. Looks like it’s had a lot of use. The elevators are very close to this unit and are fast and efficient. Loved that! Very clean complex as a whole. We would definitely stay here again. This is a must rent unit!

Loved our stay!

We had a wonderful week! The condo was clean and fully met our expectations!! We had everything we needed, along with the few supplies brought and/or purchased. I did bring extra quilts & pillows for our own personal comforts. The furnishings were nice & updated. Surprisingly the living room furniture was firm and not worn out like in previous places we've stayed. Our only complaint was the main bedroom bed. It was a little too firm for us...we both had achy joints the first morning. So would be nice to have a memory foam stored/available for someone like us. Otherwise everything was great. The outdoor seating/deck was great! The privacy and furniture was perfect! We enjoyed ourselves so much we stayed an extra day!! All in all it was a great week, with perfect weather. We will definitely book this unit again!

Great Family Stay

Very happy with our stay. Photos were accurate. All accomodations were great. So easy to get to the beach. Great view on balcony. Enjoyed the beach even better than Destin. Would definitely return. Kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels for showers.

Great View, White Sands and Blue Waves.

Great Location with Balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Included beach umbrella and two chairs set up daily. Beautiful sandy white beach just a short walk from your room.

BEACH FUN

The balcony was very nice. We had stayed here previously in 2019. Would highly recommend switching out kitchen table and chairs due to fact they are too tall and hard to play cards or any other games especially for older adults. The guest bedroom bed was hard. The master bathroom needs additional lighting over the shower. The master bathroom shower had awesome water pressure. Living room could use a rocker or a recliner versus two straight back chairs. Other than a few minor changes, this could be a five-star condo simply by upgrading furniture.

Great view of the beach, easily accessible. The condo overlooks the pool as well which was good with having kids there. It was also close to the elevator and stair well. The pool was a decent size. Parking was easy with all spots being relatively close and there was a large unloading / loading area with carts. The condo itself was average, expected somewhat nicer. Furniture was older, couches and chairs were stained. The king bed had a very large dip in the middle and was horrible to sleep on. The other bed was very hard. We had to purchase mattress toppers for both beds while there to tolerate sleeping in them. Bed linens were lacking as well but we are use to a comforter not a thin bedspread. A fresh coat of paint is needed throughout as paint was chipped in many areas and the doors were stained. We had to repeatedly fix one of the commode chains. The condo was nice within itself, it just needs updating, refreshing, and new beds / couches. The water pressure in the master shower was awesome and felt great. Washer and dryer worked fine. Do note, could not find this info in listing: There is a coffee pot that holds grounds, not one for kcups. The condo comes with two chairs and an umbrella on the beach for free. Extra is $40 a day.

Unit 3008 is nicely decorated and well maintained. The option of taking the steps is convenient for a quick run up or down from/to the unit, parking lot, pool or beach. Unit 3008 overlooks the large pool. I would highly recommend this unit;you won't be disappointed. (Pool was not heated during our stay Nov 13 - 23, 2022.)
